Featuring a large garden where large pine trees give a lot of shade in the summer, this is a 2-bedroom holiday home in L'Escala. The holiday home rests on the Spanish coast and is ideal for a small family of 4 members.
L'Escala is a small seaside town that has kept all the charm of traditional fishing villages and is famous for its beaches. You can choose to go to fine sandy beaches or pebbly beaches. Staying here, you can enjoy water sports, cultural visits or enjoying the food in a region famous for its fresh fish. At 1 km, you have grocery stores and restaurants.
The holiday home has a private furnished terrace where you can enjoy family meals outdoors. On hot summer days, you can take a refreshing dip in the shared swimming pool. While enjoying the sun in the private fenced garden, you can watch your children play around.

Beautiful bungalow, a pity that the garden furniture has only 1 easy chair in addition to simple chairs. Apparently the bungalow is often rented out to single people. Reception by the agent was difficult. The lady didn't speak a word of English and we didn't speak a word of Spanish. Communication via Google translate is modern but not sufficient.

A nice fresh house located on a hill 20 minutes walk from the boulevard. A few hooks for the towels and a mirror would make it complete. Price/quality is right.

Neat house in a nice area. Beach and promenade within walking distance but quiet at the house. Great holiday !!

The house was very pleased, everything was as new.Completely furnished, neat, fully equipped, large storage room.Garden was fenced and spacious, 2 terraces, parking within the fence.S Key transfer went well, we had 4 hours delay , as a result of which we could not be present on time, this was well taken care of because they stayed there longer until we got there.

It is a spacious, modern house with a large garden, so you can always find a place in the sun/shade. The house is in a quiet neighborhood. The bedrooms are spacious and both have a large wardrobe. 1 room has 2 single beds and 1 room has a double bed. Unfortunately there were holes in the double mattress. The kitchen is fully equipped, kettle, coffee maker, oven, microwave, large refrigerator, 4-burner stove and dishwasher. It is a small dishwasher, which in principle is sufficient for you. Unfortunately, the large plates block the dishwasher and can therefore not go in. The frying pans are old. The house has a garage. The garage includes a washing machine, ironing board and iron and a charcoal BBQ. You can park your car in front of the garage, in the garden. The air conditioning in the house was a pleasant surprise (it was not in the description). To swim in the pool you just have to cross the street. As good as private, always nice and quiet. There are a few old wooden benches and plastic chairs. Unfortunately no sunbeds, but that's probably the reason people don't stay long. Bar with the possibility to buy bread is around the corner. For large supermarket you have to take the car. Beach is about 10/15 minutes walk. There is also a boulevard with the standard tourist shops and restaurants. You can also take the car to other beaches (platja d'Empuri). Takes about 10 minutes, paid parking. As mentioned in a previous review, there are plastic chairs, of which 1 can have the backrest slightly back. Unfortunately no further lounge chairs or sunbeds. Part of the bathroom is a bit cramped, because of the cabinet there is little space near the toilet and a toilet roll holder is missing. The shower is large and has a rain shower, with little pressure, and a hand shower with sufficient pressure. Overall we had a wonderful, relaxed time in this house. Highly recommended for those who want to live in a quiet area
