Description

You live on the ground floor in a lovingly renovated villa in seaside architecture style, in a quiet and central location. The beach is only about 150 metres away. The flat is 63 square metres in size and is furnished with rustic Scandinavian country house furniture. It was freshly renovated in 2020. A bio-fireplace invites you to end a romantic evening. It sleeps a total of four (double bed (180x200) in the bedroom and a double bed (140x200) in the separate veranda. The floors are covered with new rustic vinyl. The modern bathroom has a wellness shower and a heated towel rail. The flat has its own parking space and lockable bicycle room. The equipment of the Charlot holiday flat leaves nothing to be desired. These include Wi-Fi, smart TV with streaming function, books, CD radio, dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee machine, Senseo coffee pod machine, kettle, toaster, hairdryer, baby cot, baby high chair, folding changing mat and much more.
