Our cozy holiday home was furnished with much love and care. There is nothing missing, so always the feedback of our guests (enough cutlery, dishes, pans and pots).
Because we know from our own experience, even on vacation you do not want to miss comfort and coziness (and it is annoying when there is only 1 cutlery set for each guest......)

Location and surroundings of object
Our holiday home is in every respect an ideal location for carefree and relaxing holidays. The house is located in a holiday park with playgrounds, football pitch, basketball court, table tennis table, adventure playground, mini golf (for a fee), trampoline (for a fee), bike and go-kart rental (for a fee).
The park is in a quiet location, there is no through traffic in front of our house as it is near the end of a cul-de-sac.
Through the park you reach the dunes and the beach after a few minutes.
The Helder, the island of Texel, Alkmaar and much more in the "Kop van Holland" there is to visit, ideal even if it should rain (yes, that happens :) ).
If you want to visit Amsterdam again - no problem, the train leaves Den Helder station twice an hour without changing to Amsterdam-Centraal

Cancellation terms:
Free cancellation possible up to 43 days before the arrival date.
Dear guests, We STRONGLY recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance that also provides coverage in the event of official corona regulations. As one of many insurance providers, we would like to mention ERV (Europäische Reiseversicherung). Our general cancellation policy is as follows: If no replacement tenant can be found, cancellations up to the 42nd day before the arrival date will incur a charge of 30% of the rental price. For cancellations from the 42nd day up to the 28th day before the arrival date, you are required to pay 50% of the rental price, and from the 28th day up to the day of arrival, 90% cancellation fees will be charged.

!! ATTENTION: For technical reasons, the arrival in the months of July and August 2021 must take place exclusively on Fridays. This means that the week from Sat. 26.6. to Fri. 2.7. is a short week (6 days) and the week from Fri. 27.8. to Sat. 4.9. is a long week (8 days). The prices will be adjusted accordingly
You have to bring your own bed linen and towels - but they can also be rented on site at the park administration on arrival.

Highly recommended
We spent a wonderful vacation in the house with two teenagers and a dog. It was simply dreamy. The house offers enough space for 5 people with a dog, a lot of comfort, a beautiful kitchen where we could self-cater excellently. A very cozy living room. A gorgeous garden with a cozy, wind-protected, and private sitting area. The footpath to the dunes and the beach is very short and pleasant. The area is fundamentally lovable. In this beautiful, comfortable house, we were able to enjoy our vacation in any weather. Highly recommended!

When we, 2 related families with children, bought this house more than 15 years ago, we always made sure that we made the house as comfortable and homely as possible. Before we bought it, we often stayed in the various holiday apartments and holiday homes and experienced all too often how important it is to feel comfortable even on holiday. For many years our (regular) guests have confirmed to us that they felt comfortable in our house, whether in summer or autumn or spring, in good or bad weather. The peace and quiet, the fresh sea air, walks on the beach, extended e-bike tours as well as interesting excursion destinations in the immediate vicinity are all good reasons for a holiday in our house.
