The holiday flat (non-smoking) is located on the 1st floor of a completely renovated Wilhelminian style villa
It consists of a bedroom (with double bed 180x200 and folding bed or baby bed as extra bed) as well as a living room (with leather couch) and dining area (3 chairs), a modern kitchen and a bathroom with shower
From the kitchen as well as the living room you have access to a large south-facing balcony with a view into the tastefully landscaped garden.
The flat has the following technical equipment: induction cooker, oven, kettle, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, satellite TV with DVD player and hairdryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery/cutlery/pots/pans/etc.
A baby cot (60x130) or folding cot (80x190) and baby chair would be available on request. A maximum occupancy of three persons is possible.
We will make the beds for you.
You can also receive towel packs on request.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday flat is very quietly located in the heart of Stralsund between the two ponds "Knieper-" and "Moorteich" and surrounded by lots of greenery.
You can reach Stralsund by train, long-distance bus or car. Free parking spaces are available in the immediate vicinity of the property in the public parking area.
The Hanseatic city of Stralsund is located in the centre between the uniquely scenic island of Rügen, the wild and romantic peninsula of Fischland/Dars and the island of the imperial spas of Usedom. Stralsund itself as a UNESCO World Heritage City offers a variety of historical sights, ecclesiastical and secular buildings of the Brick Gothic, the flair of a maritime and trading city and the Oceanographic Museum with the Ozeaneum, which is unique in Germany.

Cancellation terms:
- You will be refunded half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 7 days before check-in there will be no refund.

For athletes, an individual run or walk around the Moor pond is recommended (one lap approx. 4 km). There are also wonderful bicycle routes along the water or to the island of Rügen, which you could start directly at the holiday flat. You can rent bicycles from a bicycle dealer 500 metres from the holiday flat. There are free storage facilities for your bikes on our property.
In summer, the traditional "Sundschwimmen" takes place in Stralsund (only about 500 m from the flat) every year (more information on the internet). Every year in October, the so-called Rügenbrücken Run or Marathon takes place (more information on this can also be found on the Internet).
Shopping facilities (supermarket) are within walking distance. A bus stop is located directly in front of the neighbouring house. The main railway station is about 15 minutes' walk away. To the Sund (promenade) as well as to the centre (old town/market) it takes about 10-15 minutes on foot. The Ozeaneum is about a 20-minute walk away.
