Located in Balk, this serene holiday home with 3 bedrooms is perfect for a group of 6 people or families with children to stay enjoying the terrace, garden, and jetty.
There are many activities to enjoy here like swimming, surfing, and water skiing. Explore the Frisian lakes such as the Heegermeer and the Fluessen. Enjoy water sports also in the vicinity at Sloten, Heeg, Woudsend, Stavoren, and Lemmer. You can enjoy golfing or visit the forest at 5 km. REstaurants are very near to 100 m and the supermarket is 1 km.
There is a modern kitchen to cook comfortably and a hallway and living-dining room to relax. You can enjoy spending your evenings on the terrace or the lovely garden with furniture. The barbecue is perfect to finish your day. Additionally, a children's bed, high chair, and free WIFi are also provided.
The house doesn't allow youth groups.
Check-in between 3 5 PM and check-out between 10 11 AM.

nice house in a quiet park, interior such as sofa and bed have sagged a bit. Also, the prices of cleaning and bed linen are not current. additional costs are therefore higher

We were 4 adults and 3 small children in the house. We had plenty of room and everything we needed for the children, was intended. Top has the children the large toy box with Lego bricks gefallen.Schade that the weather was not so good, otherwise we would be able to play more with the kids in the garden. All in all, we would contact Belvilla again.

Dear Sir or Madam, Thank you for a very nice weekend in the accommodation we rented. We found almost everything very nice. However, only almost. Among other things, we decided on this house because the description says, and when we asked, it was confirmed that there is a jetty, which we also paid for. It definitely wasn't there. After consultation with Mr. Hofmann, we should definitely address this. I would like to do the same here and look forward to a positive answer from you. Kind regards Markus Woestemeier

A very nice, spacious, quiet house within a not so large park. Good beds, two spacious bathrooms and 3 spacious bedrooms. Clean and fully equipped. Garden is sheltered and therefore warm even if the wind is blowing on the lake. Very friendly people at reception and boat rental. We had rented a falcon and it was nice that this was around the corner in the harbor. The restaurant (by covid-19 only terrace open from 12-6pm) has a beautifully situated terrace, tasty drinks and very friendly staff. In short, we enjoyed it.
