A lovely week away to explore Friesland. Fine that there was a bedstead, so we could sleep downstairs with the dog. Friendly and helpful staff. Go and rent a boat that may have on the Estate. Suggestions would be welcome, however, such as eating and drinking take or how to get out temporarily and the boat to shut, because with the jerry can with petrol walking is not something you do quickly.

This year is not even over the limit. We sat on a beautiful park with plenty of entertainment so that the children do not have to get bored. I was always of the opinion that Friesland was flat and that there was little to do. Nothing is less true, especially in the areas around the lakes was constantly doing something. Do not forget to also look to enter the water. In the park itself there are boats to rent for a reasonable price. You sit in an instant on the larger waters. If therefore the weather is still nothing can go wrong.

We have been here at this park during the summer and it was a great holiday. Nice quiet park with lots of privacy and nice houses. Nice tip when the weather rent a boat at the park and you sail as one of the Frisian lakes! The Hot Air Balloon Festival (in summer) in Joure are within cycling distance and definitely worth it! In the immediate vicinity beautiful cycling opportunities.
