What a great location for a reunion! We have a 20 man bubbled and boiled and there is a perfect place for. Downstairs a real "brown" cafe, where you can sit at the bar, in the bank for the TV can hang, but also nice to sit at tables eating. In addition, there is another stage! And a professional kitchen where we were able to cook perfectly. Upstairs excellent bedrooms with 2 beds each becoming a private shower / toilet: delicious and good privacy "protected" sound in "bar". In the attic is also excellent sleeping places with a good shower / toilet. We will definitely come again!

we would have to pay 350 euros to the owner upon arrival, that would be 400 euros, after a lot of talking we would get 50 euros back if we left the house tidy, we did not have the money it was clean but the couch and the bin were standing not exactly in the same place ????? there is € 15 for electricity and € 15 euro for gas charged, 3 bedrooms the heating did not work that people have 2 nights in the cold, and if you say something about it to the house owner then he does not mind because he himself also sleeps in a cold room ??????? If people shower above, the fire alarm goes off, so if you are there with 15 people in the morning and at least 10 times at least 10 times the fire alarm.alles together we find that we have paid a lot of money for a house with many defects and an owner who does not live up to his promise.

Even a Fervent hotel visitor among our group of 15 people was very satisfied alles.De kitchen and bar were organized during our cooking session conducted by two cooks very well pas.De general area was so great that we could in one room all together breakfast and could meet in the other room cozy sitting around the wood fire and were crispy darts, table football on stage enzovoort.Ook ordered the lunch was ample and well-organized by the two ladies, our thanks. All in all, the stay in the Landerij us really liked.

The accommodation was not clean. Living is in urgent need of renewal, the tables and the chairs are sticking to your hands. Bedrooms and showers ok. The kitchen was ok, but the pans and the other materials were dirty, we have washed everything back again e rest was a bit messy and not looked after The pictures were a bit deceiving We are now looking for a house again at Bella- Villa for 2019 in the Maastricht region, but we have not found anything yet. The trust is a bit away and now look better to other sites. It is a quiet environment

It was a great weekend. Had lots of fun with young and old. A point of Commentary, is the guarantor. The weekend was all together as "one euro in 1800, and we got the feeling that people like to also want to keep the deposit. 150 That is successful, so small minus.

Have a great weekend despite the rain that fell every day, got us inside with 18 people entertained for a weekend. The large space in the former café is ideal, the play area with table tennis, billiards, darts, shuffleboard etc. Shame about the poor state of play equipment condition. Furthermore, a great space for groups.

We were received on arrival by no one, there was no surrender of the keys or the house, the house was up and the keys lay in a pot before, which we did not know, all in all a very unpleasant beginning. Also during our stay there was no real contact, the landlord was by telephone, but that was nothing. The surrounding area was actually quite nice, but after three days done and then everything rather boring and very, very mosquito-rich.
