Do you want to spend an unforgettable family holiday in a luxury house for 6 by the water? Then you have come to the right place!
In the beautiful, historic fishing village of Lemmer in Friesland, you will find this unique Villa at the end of a peninsula. It has access to open water on two sides with plenty of opportunities for water sports such as swimming and boating or just relax on one of the four terraces or in the five-person Jacuzzi and let the world float by.
The villa is very spacious with a large living room and semi-open country kitchen, a study with bar, a large bedroom with ensuite bathroom on the ground floor, two large bedrooms and a large bathroom with bathtub and separate shower cubicle on the first floor.
Outside, you will find several terraces with lounge sets around the house. The south terrace including the garden house with covered 5-person Jacuzzi, the west terrace with glass windbreak by the water and dining table set for sunset dinners. A further 2 large terraces on the wooden decking along the water, including a fixed picnic set and sun beds.
The location of the villa is unique at the end of a peninsula in a residential area completely focused on the water. Both the cosy centre of historical Lemmer and the beach of Lemmer on the Ijsselmeer are within walking distance. There is 40 metres of shoreline available for possibly mooring your own or rented boat. The water has an open connection to the Frisian Lakes and via the lock to the Ijsselmeer.
What is included?
That's easy: basically everything! The entire villa is at your disposal... except for the Garage where our personal belongings are stored and a small attic on the first floor for the same reason. The rest is yours!
Facilities
Kitchen
The classic kitchen is fully equipped including separate large freezer and large fridge, double Boretti oven, gas cooker and grill, filter and nespresso coffee machines, dishwasher and all the utensils you need like pans, crockery, cutlery... you name it. Besides all the hardware, you can use all the consumables that are present such as salt, pepper, oils, coffee, detergents and dishwasher tablets. Consumables are on an "as-is" basis and refills are not included.
Bed linen and towels
All beds are fully prepared with clean bed linen. You will find 2 towels and 1 large bath towel per person.
Internet, TV & Audio
High-speed WiFi is available throughout the house. The internet connection usually has a download speed of over 150 Mbps.
There are 2 TVs. A 65" UHD smart TV in the living room and a 42" smart TV in bedroom 1. Ziggo is the TV and internet provider with every channel you can think of and all streaming platforms like Netflix, Amazon, Disney, HBO, Videoland available (if you have an account).
In the living room, you will find a high-end WiFi-based Denon HEOS HiFi surround system connected to the TV. You can access it by connecting via bluetooth or directly on WiFi via Spotify, for example.

Extras
In addition to everything mentioned, we offer some extras to make your holiday even more memorable. These extras come on an "as-is" basis, meaning we will not replace or repair them. We leave it up to you to repair/replace extras you break. You will find, among other things: 4 bikes to get around and a simple inflatable rowing boat for children.

Car: Lemmer is situated directly on the exit of the A6 motorway of the same name.
Train: Heerenveen station is about 20 minutes' drive away.
By plane: Schiphol International Airport is an hour's drive away.

Naast de annuleringskosten mag de verhuurder een vast bedrag van €25,- aan administratiekosten in rekening brengen. 4. Indien de huurder een wederzijds aanvaardbare derde partij kan vinden om voor de overeengekomen periode aan te verhuren , worden de annuleringskosten verminderd met de huurinkomsten
