What a fantastic escape! The vacation home was spacious and comfortable for our family of six. We especially enjoyed the infrared sauna after long walks in the nearby Drents-Friese Wold National Park. A perfect place to relax in nature.

Lovely place for a vacation. The house is equipped with various facilities. In very hot weather, the upstairs rooms get quite warm. The house is located on a fairly busy road, making it uncomfortable to open the windows in warm weather. It is useful to know that at 'Boeren in het bos' across the street, various (frozen) products are available for purchase between 8:00 and 20:00.

Lovely quiet midweek had, in a nice house with all amenities. Unfortunately the weather was disappointing, but we have entertained us well in the area.

We have a very pleasant vacation here in Nijeberkoop. This house impresses with its typical Dutch charm. It is very lovingly furnished with everything you need. Everything is very clean, nicely decorated. Lots of beautiful old furniture. We were very pleased with a loving welcome. The house has good heating, which now stands out very positively in winter ... the spacious bedroom with a cot downstairs is very suitable for families with children. The bed is big enough to let a child sleep in the middle. The garden invites you to linger and play ball in summer. For dog owners, the property is fenced. Disadvantage: the steep stairs to the top and the small bedrooms ... with the beds being of a sufficient size. The duvets for 2 people take some getting used to. The one in the lower bedroom is a bit too thin for winter, but it will certainly be replaced.

We had a little trouble finding the house because the GPS was weird. He wanted to send us over a country road, but we did not really see that. Later we noticed that this road indeed comes close to the house. The house itself is very nice and comfortable. What was missing was a bucket and mop. We travel with a dog and it comes, once with dirty legs inside and spills when drinking. Because it was dry weather we did not really bother ourselves with that, but maybe we had an idea for the next visitors. What we also missed was a DVD player. We stay home at night and usually take DVDs to fill our evening. But we knew that was not present and had the necessary books. Also try the restaurant nearby with very pleasant operation. What a great cozy welcome in a lovely house. We booked the house to house by Christmas. On arrival we were pleasantly surprised with Christmas tree lights in the living room Christmas decorations in the kitchen, everywhere scattered Christmas decorations, candles and all in a tastefully decorated house. It has come to nothing lacking. We found the rooms in the house very cozy, practical and attractively decorated and felt very welcome and at home. Our dog loved the garden and the former football great. The beds in the house were good, also not unimportant. We were able to collect the key from the owner who lives nearby. The cottage itself was easy to find and inside there were some local delicacies ready. The cottage itself was a wonderfully large, enclosed garden where our dog could save and the house itself was at least equipped with all conveniences. There is a fairly busy road in front of the house, separated by a service road to because of good insulation, you actually have no problems with that. Definitely recommended this cottage. It is a beautiful house with lots of space including a fantastic garden adjacent to a meadow and forests. Everything is there and well cared for. Highly recommended for and stay in beautiful Friesland.

Friendly owners, there was a surprise waiting, thumb, bottle of wine and flowers. It is a great house, we immediately felt at home. We are old and have moved mainly by car. But the forest is nearby, where you can walk and cycle.

We had a little trouble finding the house because the GPS was weird. He wanted to send us over a country road, but we did not really see that. Later we noticed that this road indeed comes close to the house. The house itself is very nice and comfortable. What was missing was a bucket and mop. We travel with a dog and it comes, once with dirty legs inside and spills when drinking. Because it was dry weather we did not really bother ourselves with that, but maybe we had an idea for the next visitors. What we also missed was a DVD player. We stay home at night and usually take DVDs to fill our evening. But we knew that was not present and had the necessary books. Also try the restaurant nearby with very pleasant operation. There is also a hole in the fence and so our dog touched the very friendly neighbor. Yet dangerous on such a busy road.

I had fallen when searching the Internet in this cottage. As beautiful as the outside, it is also from the inside. We have a very pleasant vacation here in Nijeberkoop. This house impresses with its typical Dutch charm. It is very lovingly furnished with everything you need. Everything is very clean, nicely decorated. Lots of beautiful old furniture. We were very pleased with a loving welcome. The house has good heating, which now stands out very positively in winter ... the spacious bedroom with a cot downstairs is very suitable for families with children. The bed is big enough to let a child sleep in the middle. The garden invites you to linger and play ball in summer. For dog owners, the property is fenced. Disadvantage: the steep stairs to the top and the small bedrooms ... with the beds being of a sufficient size. The duvets for 2 people take some getting used to. The one in the lower bedroom is a bit too thin for winter, but it will certainly be replaced.
