Leuk huis, alles erop en eraan. Vriendelijke eigenaar die goed bereikbaar was en alles regelde. Kwam af en toe even vragen of alles nog oké was. Fijn huisje ook, het zit tegen het huis van de eigenaar aan, maar omdat de ingang aan de andere kant zit heb je totaal geen 'last' van elkaar. Mooie landelijke omgeving, zeker in de herfst erg mooi!

The landlord is very hospitable, nice (but only speaks Dutch and English) and helpful. He gave us very good tips for trips. However, we were shocked by the accommodation. The pictures in the ad do not match the current condition and give a very different impression. The pictures probably date from the time when the accommodation was newly renovated. The apartment is dark and musty. Unfortunately it is not possible to add pictures to the rating. The bathroom, which was the deciding factor for us to book there, must have been renovated itself. It's been done very poorly. The tiles are sawn crooked and partly tilt out of the wall. The joints are grouted very differently and both the walk-in shower and the sink have the wrong inclination, so that the water stands for hours and does not drain. It smells very musty and can only be endured with a tilted window. It already looks like mold on the ceiling. The steel door is also totally frayed and sawn off at an angle. By the way, all interior doors are made of steel, which creates an uncomfortable atmosphere. In the living room, the entire floor is a bit sloping (you think it's going up the mountain), which wouldn't be so bad, but the flooring is only PVC with a wood look and has a big wave that makes you trip. The wallpaper is partially peeling off the wall. The kitchen is also getting old. The oven and dishwasher are not fixed and move when used. In addition, the oven was totally filthy on the inside and we first had to remove a thick layer of it in order to be able to use it at all (bought extra oven spray). We found the biggest shock in the bedroom. The stools that served as bedside tables were covered with mold spores. Bad are the puny windows. Approx. 40x40cm. It was very dark. These windows would not be an escape route at z. B. Brand offer. Shouldn't be with us at all

We (Young couple with 2 young children) really liked it! we were super friendly and the cottage including garden is very spacious and very child friendly. Wonderfully quiet area and plenty of fun things to do in the area (small ride by car) The cottage had almost all facilities, we just had to bring our own towels, and there was something you did not have to knock on the owner and he arranged the, once again Super nice man !!

Young couple with 1 dog for Easter Holidays (4 days) About the host The host is friendly and tried to help with everything. We couldn't communicate in Dutch so he made an afford to speak in English and explain everything! They shared the same love for dogs that we have, and presented to us one of their cuties. About the house A completely country house with a lot of nature and sound of birds. The house was clean and fully equipped, the kitchen is well equipped with everything that is needed. The bathroom is spacious. The best part of the house is definitely the big garden, fully fenced with a lot of space for dogs and nice tables to enjoy some meals outside. There's only one down side about the garden, there's a field behind the garden with friendly sheep, so hopefully your dog will befriend them. Down side: Lack of Privacy The owner lives in the back of the house and there was two kids that most of the times played right next to the rented house. So, when they were there a lot of noise could be heard, roller skate, scooter, balls, and all the associated noise that comes from young children. Kids being kids sometimes they also looked through the windows in the living room that led to the side of the house (where the space was common to both houses) with see through curtains and next to the toilet. All in all, the house was perfect for what we were searching for our dog, but in terms of privacy it lack a bit.

We arrived at our accommodation in Wapse at 3.45 pm and were very kindly received by the owner of the house and guided by holiday accommodation. The accommodation was fine, great garden and lots of privacy. Dpordat we were on the border of Drenthe, Friesland and Overijssel were rr several places on a very pleasant travel time to drive. The nearby area was lovely

The house and garden had slightly larger expected and the garden is not suitable for small dogs (especially for chihuahua "s) Luckily there was only one chihuahua in the five dogs, we found it a shame that this had to be leashed. the gate was not ideal, was an opening where we then have to put a table so that the dogs still could not clear. In the back there were sheep, which we have found nice to look at, they were not anxious but also since the fence if (fence posts) thinner and closer together, the dogs were so on. we thought it was nice that we could barbecue and they also brought a new one because the former was a little wakkel. we could also cozy sit outside. Inside it was very cozy and clean. Downside no dogs in bedroom. Bathroom was very luxurious. Setting was beautiful to walk though you had to drive 5mins. the shops were close. A National Park with great bike paths is in 20 min. By bike erreichbar.Der holiday we loved it and we went back home recovering.

The house is situated away from the sea in a small village. There you can go for a nice walk with dogs. In a short time a beautiful lake can be reached at which you can relax and where allowed on certain footpaths dogs. It was lovely to stay for a week on the farm to look out over the fields and enjoy the peace, tranquility, sheep, rabbits and birds. We spent 2 fantastic weeks there with very good weather. House is complete, clean, good beds, good couches, good TV and WIFI reception. I think the house is less important than that our two dogs have had a great time! The garden was well fenced and they could go all day long. Great holiday home, double swing and small slide in the garden and sheep directly behind the garden. Nice with young children, also a nice playground and beautiful forest / nature reserve nearby. Finishing of the house here and there just not 100% but it does not bother us.

All in all, the house was perfect for what we were searching for our dog, but in terms of privacy it lack a bit.

A beautiful setting, a lovely secluded garden, save for the dogs. And very friendly and helpful owners concerned, nothing is too much for them. The interior is very dark and gloomy and the toilet much too low, and the shower slippery. Therefore not recommended for the elderly and disabled. Pity.

Neat very spacious lower floor of a residential farm (with unfortunately residents above) Lots of great natural beauty in the vicinity, however, can only be reached by car. The villa we mainly talked to because we could take our dogs, and the garden is Fenced and accommodation very well kept and is spacious.

Nico is a great host, no question is too much for him. The fence is on the side 1.50 meters but our dog still went over it. If the fence is at 1.80 meters then we will definitely come back, a lot of living comfort, with 2 adults and 2 dogs it was great. Quite a lot of fireworks, there was also popped with carbid. If you wanted to walk you first had to walk a bit along the road, you could do it. We have had a good time despite the bad weather.
