4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

They were busy with the thatched roof, so some mess in the jaccusion

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

We had a nice family weekend in this house! Many walked in the area and of course also enjoyed sauna and jacuzzi.

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

Lovely house in beautiful surroundings! Very clean and fully equipped

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

Fine. Friendly man. The transfer with the deposit was somewhat unclear. Eventually all came well.

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

We have been to this location 10 years ago, nothing has changed, but everything is now 10 years older and you notice that.

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

Fantastic nice house with luxury hot tub and sauna and cozy bar in the living room. Only what we missed with 7 men was a second toilet.

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

Nice, cozy villa with a beautiful natural environment. Top!

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

Check-in was cordial, home was shipshape. Setting is rural house is atmospheric. Big drawback was the large number of flies in and around the house.

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

For what we paid, this farmhouse offered fantastic value. Plenty of room for our family of five with lots of amenities to enjoy together.

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

The kitchen setup is great compared to other rentals, fully equipped and easy to use.

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

Impressive place overall, particularly for families looking for space and amenities like the sauna and hot tub.

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

As a business traveler, I found this location convenient. Quiet and well-equipped for my needs, including ample parking.

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

We had a wonderful time at this farmhouse! The layout is perfect for families, and the kids loved the garden, The sauna was fantastic after a day out, A great base for exploring the surrounding countryside

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

A delightful stay in the countryside! The location was peaceful, yet conveniently close to restaurants, and we loved the beautiful garden for evening relaxation

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

Exactly what we needed for a weekend of relaxation, The farm was clean and carefully furnished, The sauna was a success and we appreciated the quick check-in process, It felt like a home away from home

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

This charming farm in Balkbrug is a hidden gem. The cozy bedrooms and spacious living room made our stay comfortable, especially with the wood stove that kept us warm on cold nights.

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

This place is a gem! The atmosphere is calming and the hot tub is simply divine. We appreciated the proximity to local dining options, especially Brasserie de Boerderij, which was around the corner.

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

We had a fantastic time at this charming rural spot in Balkbrug! The sauna and the hot tub were the perfect way to relax after a day exploring the beautiful forests nearby, The decor was spacious and cozy, which made it very welcoming for our group of eight, We enjoyed the evenings by the fireplace and there was plenty of space for the children to play in the garden, It was also nice to have a few dining options within a short drive, I definitely recommend this place for a family vacation!

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

This place is a whole vibe! The sauna and the hot tub feel different after a day of hiking in the woods, Super spacious with a cozy kitchen and living room, Perfect for fun evenings with friends, I also loved the garden.

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

The cabin fully meets expectations. A clean and nice house where it is very pleasant to stay. With our group of 8, the location was spacious enough and there were sufficient seating options both inside and outside. The chairs inside are authentic and fit well with the atmosphere, although they are a bit stiff... The contact with the host was perfect. Good communication by phone and the phone tour worked great! Flexible, solution-oriented, and hospitable. I am less enthusiastic about the working method of Belvilla. The searching and booking went smoothly, all costs paid directly at the time of booking, more than half a year in advance. A few weeks before our weekend, I suddenly received an email requesting to pay €180 in service fees. Just an email, and when logging in, my account overview showed 0. This was also in line with my expectations since the terms of the landlord stated that service fees would be calculated afterwards. Contact with Belvilla went poorly, I was brushed off over the phone, and via email, I kept receiving increasingly threatening messages that the booking would be canceled if I didn't pay the service fees. I wanted to contact the landlord, but I would only receive the given pass if I paid the €180! In the end, I caved and paid the €180. I also explained this during the phone call with the landlord. Unfortunately, they were not as surprised as I was. He has understood the same approach from other tenants, but unfortunately, he can do little about it for now. Belvilla does this unilaterally, without coordination with the landlord. The landlord also needs to be quite assertive to see any of that €180 back to cover the service costs he ultimately incurs. I would definitely book The Hytte again, but I suspect I will never deal with Belvilla again. Bad aftertaste...

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

What a fantastic place! Lovely house and great garden. The kitchen is well equipped and the cottage is big enough for eight people. We enjoyed it!

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

Accommodation gets a big enough. Cosy. Crush Nice garden and a dito jacuzzi (no hottub). Any (big) negative of this house are the large numbers of flies that you can not keep out of all horror. At least, we did not succeed ...

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

Spacious and well-equipped house, The hosts were super friendly and made us feel right at home, We enjoyed the sauna every night and the bar area was a nice touch, The location is lovely, surrounded by nature, Just a short drive to restaurants and a lake, which was nice for some day trips, Overall, great value for money and definitely worth a visit

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

We enjoyed this wonderful place with 8 friends. Photos give a good impression of reality. Contact with host was smooth. In the jacuzzi we felt like royalty and the sauna was a super nice extra. In short, definitely worth repeating!

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

Every year, as fathers, we leave a weekend. This time in the beautiful stay until then. Upon arrival we found the owner, a hand could not get rid of it unfortunately. Because we were well educated, we still arranged nicely. The lady in question had counted on a group of women, no problem for us, apparently for the owner. We did not get a very warm welcome. The house is nice, for 8 people it is small in the living room. The whole is right next to the house of the owners. In itself no problem, but we could jointly difficult to lose the cars between the parked cars of the owners' visit. The weekend was fine, nice rooms and nice beds! That may also be said. The garden was reasonable, in relation to the owners small. All in all until then fine. Unfortunately, the owner found it necessary to unannounced the hired part of us to enter. Inadequate and amicable, he holds a glass of chemicals, which were intended for the jacuzzi, with one of our gentlemen with the remark open your mouth. We were all surprised and displeased that this could happen just like that. This unexpected and tasteless joke has led us to decide never to choose this holiday home again. When you spend 800 euros on a holiday home per weekend, you can best expect that what you rent is also yours and that you are treated and received with some decency.

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

House is nice, cozy and clean. Nature around it is amazing. Garden is nice. Beds are divided over 3 rooms so you"ll have to sleep a bit combined when your with a bigger family

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

The location is serene and perfect for nature lovers. We spent our days exploring the nearby trails and our evenings relaxing in the sauna. The hosts were very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed.

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

It is a beautiful, relaxing holiday home with 2 very friendly people as hosts. We were very well received and were given a nice tour of the house. No questions were too many, they were always quick and easy to reach. Beautiful surroundings, many hiking opportunities and places of interest. In short: definitely worth returning! Stefano

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

Cozy house with friendly owners hospitable. Delicious Sauna and jacuzzi. Good beds, full kitchen equipment, spacious downstairs and upstairs. (We were six). A second toilet would be nice.

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

What a fantastic escape! The house was incredibly spacious, perfect for our group of friends. We loved the sauna and the hot tub after a long day of cycling in the beautiful forests nearby. Highly recommended to visit the lake, which is a short drive away.

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

Spacious and comfortable! We were a group of eight, and there was plenty of room for everyone, The hot tub was a nice touch after a day of exploring the nearby attractions, Would come back for sure!

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

Fantastic house with a lovely jacuzzi! And what a beautiful place, so close to nature. The owners are helpful and super nice. We will definitely come back here. An absolute must.

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

Thoroughly enjoyed the house, the welcome and the environment. The sauna and jacuzzi were wonderful. The cozy atmosphere in this farm made the difference to other houses for us.

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

We thoroughly enjoyed our week full of luxury plus a little extra! The landlord is super nice and considerate. Very pleasant! There are 8 full-sized beds and a crib for a child. There is a large fridge-freezer next to the tabletop fridge in the kitchen. Super nice to keep everything cool and to store ice cream. A beautiful garden where our kids could play wonderfully. The house is wonderfully secluded in the area. There are so many beautiful butterflies in the garden, and the flies and mosquitoes also know how to find their way. I would definitely bring a fly swatter. In short, highly recommended to stay here!

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

Cosy furnished house with lots of wood (we like that), beautifully situated in the countryside. Enough space for 5/6 adults. Nice wellness area with sauna and 2 showers. Outside a jacuzzi.
Upstairs 3 bedrooms, unfortunately no toilet upstairs.
Equipped with a dishwasher and a washing machine. No dryer, but a drying rack. And it dries reasonably quickly in the wellness area.
Only downside: the oven doesn't work very well. And there is no user manual.
We enjoy it here!!

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

Beautiful house, in a great location. The jacuzzi could have been a little warmer ;) and for contact between landlord and tenants we would have found the front door / bell more pleasant than the back.

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

Beautiful and luxurious accommodation in a wonderfully peaceful rural area. With as nice extras the jacuzzi and sauna. The only thing we miss is a bathroom instead of a sink in the bedrooms.

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

We enjoyed, cottage is neat, but noisy. Take your quilt with you, what is there is short and thin. If you want to burn, take some wood yourself. Environment is nice / quiet. Wellness facilities are wonderful. Owners are helpful and friendly.

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

Wonderful week away. Nice little house with all the comforts. The wellness area was lovely (didn't use the sauna but enjoyed the hot tub). The beds were good. With our group, the bedrooms were fine... but perhaps it's worth considering revising the description of the bedrooms. In the current description (and photos), we didn't expect to have to go through one bedroom to get to the other. All in all, a wonderful week. Oh yes, the owner was also very friendly and helpful via phone and app.

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

Very nice location, quiet. Had good contact with the homeowner. Everything was there and the sauna, hot tub and lovely private outdoor terrace exceeded expectations. Please note that electricity and gas will be charged afterwards.

There were six of us and we really had a great day.

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

With the family we stayed for a weekend in this beautiful holiday home. Fine and enough room for 8 people. The house looked neat, clean and tidy. The lack of a large stock of kitchen utensils, games, sufficient kitchen and bath linen was missing! On arrival there was a fresh flower on the table, inside and outside. During the stay we were received and helped by the neighbor, because the owners were not there themselves. Neat for each other, a very helpful man! The jacuzzi and sauna, the beautiful and spacious garden were a real addition to our stay. Each of the family had the space to be able to do what he / she wanted. Highly recommended would definitely come back again.

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

Arrival went well and fast. We were with 6 friends and the owner was first worried but not taken care of during the holiday so that was definitely nice. The house is very nice and there is enough space. Things like the sauna and hottub were well maintained and great to have.

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

The house owners live next door, are friendly and actually interfere only with the guests. The house is very well equipped, jacuzzi and sauna are very nice. Unfortunately we had a lot of problems with flies, but that can not be prevented by the owners. We sat there with z 'n fours and that was good. A big let-up is that two bedrooms are linked together. So you have to walk through each bedroom. It is unfortunate that there is only one toilet is available. I think the house is best suited for a group of friends / girlfriends or families with up to four children. for some couples, it is less suitable. We had two dogs with us. the garden is not fenced.

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

This vacation home was exactly what we needed for a relaxing weekend. The location was quiet, surrounded by nature, and we loved taking long walks in the nearby forests. The house itself was clean and well-equipped, with everything from a fully equipped kitchen to a comfortable living room. The check-in process was smooth and the hosts were very friendly. A nice place for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway, although it is a bit of a drive to some attractions. Overall, a pleasant stay!

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

Beautiful accommodation. Very private landscaped garden. Jacuzzi and Sauna and large walk-in shower complete it. Friendly hostess (unfortunately the gentleman was not able to be present for a while) Service is super. Too bad they put it up for sale but hopefully the new owners will continue with it.

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

Were received very kindly and frankly. The owner herself had prepared coffee with a slice of cake. The owner also came home a little later and came to have a look with us. He also walked to the hot tub, he just wanted to make sure that he was getting hot enough. The accommodation is also neat and tidy.

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

Together with your family is all fine, but this house makes it all good! You can relax and plenty of room for 8 people in and around the huis.Vooral fine ... enough crockery, not measured up to 8 people.

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

Lovely house in winter, with wood stove, sauna and hot tub. Good beds and a kitchen where everything is present. The area offers the opportunity to purchase local products and there is even a wine farm around the corner, very nice. You can also enjoy a nice walk here.

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

Very nice location to escape the hustle and bustle of all then. With a jacuzzi and sauna that is no problem. The beds are comfortable and because of the silence outside you sleep wonderfully. Owners are very welcoming and everything neat and clean. Top!

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

Nice house in a beautiful location. Fully equipped. Only annoying that the description in the Belvilla states that there is also a bathroom with toilet on the 1st floor, but there isn't. So you have to do it with 1 toilet and we think that's a shame, because we had selected the house for that.

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

The reception was very friendly. The house was spacious enough for our family of 4. A second toilet would not be a luxury (upstairs for example). It is a beautiful, characteristic house, where the noise is part of it. The house was neat, clean and complete. The area is quiet and you can enjoy hiking. A trampoline would have finished it for our kids, but even without it everyone had a great time for a week. Slagharen at a short distance is nice to visit, A walk on the Ipadweg Experience Path Te Veeningen was also fun to do.

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

Contact with the owner was very nice. The house is beautiful, clean and very complete. We were 8 adults and there was enough room for everyone. Disadvantage we found that there is only one toilet. Furthermore, everything was top-notch

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

It was beautiful, it was nice and we were there.

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

Fantastic nice cottage. Welcoming, spontaneous and helpful (we had car trouble) landlords. In reality it is even more beautiful than the picture "s. We rent every year with a group holiday. This puts it above the rest in terms of value for money .... Not to be missed !!!

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

Good stay with 8 vriendinnen.De sauna and jacuzzi, top!

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

With eight girls nice weekend to Ommen. The house was very nice and very clean. There was really only one drawback and that was the toilet ... there was only one and that is for a group of eight people or less. For the rest had a nice weekend.

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

good holiday had in a lovely cottage

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

Very nice arrival, gorgeous house. Fine sauna and bubblebad buiten.Heel fine and had a nice holiday.

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

It was a pity about the rain. But the sauna and jacuzzi were well.

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

Well-equipped cottage and top service locally. Sauna, outdoor hot tub, 2 refrigerators, fairly large gas BBQ for hire. Min no HDMI TV, little to do in the area.

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

We enjoyed delicious. The jacuzzi, sauna and good wifi made sure our adolescent daughters also found a great place. Reestdal is wonderful for walks, tourist visits and simple tranquility. Heerrrrlijk!

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

For the second year in a row we have booked the Hytte for a weekend with 8 friends. The outdoor hot tub is an absolute addition to the weekend. The water was a bit murky, but was immediately picked up by the owner when we made mention of this. Owners are very friendly and prompt and helpful in communication. House is equipped with all comforts.

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

To 25 tealight holders and many other unnecessary socializing in the living room, but poor maintenance in the home. Because first we had to fix a few things before we could bring some. Eg fix the TV connection and repair the dishwasher so that the spray arm remained in place. And then there was all that it just did not, including the shower and the wifi code that we needed to crack or double sockets where one part but is connected to the network. Luckily we had our own sound equipment with us, otherwise we had no music, because the music system and speakers were deceased. The whirlpool is also urgent to servicing. A wrench in the function screen still really means that the mechanic must komen.En at first glance, all seems not so bad, and it's only for one week and we had fun anyway. But it can be so much better and it makes sense that you're behind someone's milk cow. A crying shame. Luckily we were not there in high season, then I would feel cheated.

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

A lovely weekend in Balkbrug in this fine accommodation. The jacuzzi and sauna are great.

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

Delicious enjoyed with family, 8 adults and unwise friendly landlords. Also flexible to be able to bring an extra dog.

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

With eight men stayed a weekend, nice location, perfect accommodation! Prima equipped kitchen, bar and one of the selling points of the house a dry sauna and a hot tub outside! Prima beds, exactly 8 spread over three rooms. It was a good place!

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

What a lovely home! We have really enjoyed everything. Highly recommended and definitely worth repeating!

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

Very friendly owners, nice, clean and spacious holiday .. fully equipped, sauna and jacuzzi are fantastic!

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

You should go to get in your own bedroom with a bedroom is very annoying. The massage shower is closed for years, told the owner, because it took too much gas and water. Wifi did not, despite a reset of the modem / amplifier by the owner. 5 meters from the house are horses so inside and outside is full of the flies, eating outside is not really possible. The chairs in the photo at the pond are, you can not sit down because they missed a few boards and rotten. Half of the jets of the hot tub / jacuzzi do not. A microwave is not there, like a conventional oven. The house is not suitable for 8 adults, or 4 adults and 4 small children, given the sleeping arrangements, the sofa (3 seater sofa and 2 chairs) and small pans. There should be better cleaned and the carpet could use a shamporal treatment. Despite the defects in the house, we had a great time.

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

Been nice to rest

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

A cozy house, with many luxury amenities. We enjoyed the hot tub and sauna.

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

fantastic holiday. rest and enjoyed the hot tub and sauna,

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

A fantastic weekend in which peace, comfort and relaxation come together wonderfully. A nice house that is fully equipped.

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

With 8 people in the house stayed for one week (during Christmas). Cottage was given the Christmas season, very attractively decorated. Placement of a Christmas tree was not necessary! Cottage is very complete and well met. Delicious sauna (space) and a fine outdoor whirlpool in the garden. Lots of privacy.

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

A weekend at this cottage was with eight friends. Was totally awesome. Relax in and around the cottage itself, crackling fire and a relaxing sauna and hot tub. Close to several villages / cities for a nice shopping. It was great!

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

Nice that Spa and sauna! We made good use of.

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

With a long weekend of friends can relax in the hytte. Hot tub and sauna are very relaxing. Furthermore, the house very clean and fully equipped.

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

Nice house. Enjoyed the jacuzzi.

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

Had quiet short break with our children aged 3 and 4 years old. Daytime to Plopsa Indoor Coevorden and Slagharen and "evening himself enjoy the peace, the sauna and the Hot Tub. Good starting point for day trips away to theme parks, plenty to see and do nearby. House not very useful for children younger than 3 saucepan stair gates and bath. Furthermore excellently furnished.

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

Had a lovely weekend. Nice weather and lots of privacy

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

We were 6 people in this house, there was plenty of room for alle.Die interior is fantastic, very comfortable, makes you feel very comfortable from the one minutes da.Wie were there with 2 kids 6 and 4 years had a lot of fun outside in the Natur.Immer again!!

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

It is a fantastic house. It is very warm and cozy and we felt totally at home! The bedrooms are spacious and the beds sleep great! But that good sleep can also be caused by "an evening round of sauna and hot tub to do ... Highly recommended! We (six girlfriends) would definitely go again.

4,4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4 4.4

Lovely house, lovely quiet area. Excellent for fine cooking, dining, hanging at the bar and relax in the jacuzzi / sauna. Something for everyone. Perfect for group and with girlfriends to come.

We enjoyed it. Super cozy little house and very nice contact with host Mark!

4,3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3

We had a wonderful time at this farmhouse! The layout is perfect for families, and the kids loved the garden, The sauna was fantastic after a day out, A great base for exploring the surrounding countryside

4,3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3

The location is serene and perfect for nature lovers. We spent our days exploring the nearby trails and our evenings relaxing in the sauna. The hosts were very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed.

4,3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3

Exactly what we needed for a weekend of relaxation, The farm was clean and carefully decorated, The sauna was a success and we appreciated the quick check-in process, It felt like a home away from home.

4,3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3

This place is a gem! The atmosphere is calming and the hot tub is simply divine. We appreciated the proximity to local dining options, especially Brasserie de Boerderij, which was around the corner.

4,3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3

We had a fantastic time at this charming rural spot in Balkbrug! The sauna and the hot tub were the perfect way to relax after a day exploring the beautiful forests nearby. The decor was spacious and cozy, making it very welcoming for our group of eight. We enjoyed the evenings by the fireplace, and there was plenty of space for the children to play in the garden. It was also nice to have a few dining options within a short drive. I definitely recommend this place for a family vacation!

4,3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3

Spacious and well-equipped house, The hosts were super friendly and made us feel right at home, We enjoyed the sauna every night and the bar area was a nice touch, The location is lovely, surrounded by nature, Just a short drive to restaurants and a lake, which was nice for some day trips, Overall, great value for money and definitely worth a visit

4,3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3

Fairly clean; strange that if you consume extra energy because you use the sauna and hot tub, you still receive a hefty bill for excessive energy consumption during a long weekend. Furthermore, the hot tub was not clean.

4,3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3

This vacation home was exactly what we needed for a relaxing weekend. The location was quiet, surrounded by nature, and we loved taking long walks in the nearby forests. The house itself was clean and well-equipped, with everything from a fully equipped kitchen to a comfortable living room. The check-in process was smooth and the hosts were very friendly. A nice place for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway, although it is a bit of a drive to some attractions. Overall, a pleasant stay!

4,3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3

Nice house with a very complete inventory, nice terrace and garden with a lovely jacuzzi, good beds. Had a very nice week!

4,3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3

Wonderful week away. Nice little house with all the comforts provided. Wellness was lovely (didn't use the sauna, but did use the hot tub). Beds were good. With our group, the bedrooms were fine... but maybe a consideration to revise the description of the bedrooms. In the current description (and photos), we didn't expect that you had to go through one bedroom to get to the other. All in all, a lovely week. Oh yes, the owner was also very friendly and helpful via phone and app.

4,3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3

We had an amazing week full of luxury plus a little more! The landlord is super nice and considerate. Very pleasant! There are 8 full-sized beds and a children's crib. There is a large fridge-freezer next to the table model fridge in the kitchen. Super nice to keep everything cool and to store ice creams. A beautiful garden where our kids could play wonderfully. The house is wonderfully free in the surroundings. There are incredibly many beautiful butterflies in the garden, and the flies and mosquitoes also know how to find their way. I would definitely take a fly swatter with me. In short, highly recommended to stay here!

4,3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3

Lovely little house, great sauna and hot tub. We enjoyed it. Very friendly owners.

4,3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3

4,3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3

This place has a great vibe! The sauna and hot tub feel different after a day of hiking in the woods. Super spacious with a cozy kitchen and living room. Perfect for fun evenings with friends. I also loved the garden.

4,3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3

Cosy furnished house with lots of wood (we like that), beautifully situated in the countryside. Enough space for 5/6 adults. Nice wellness area with sauna and 2 showers. Outside a jacuzzi.
Upstairs 3 bedrooms, unfortunately no toilet upstairs.
Equipped with a dishwasher and a washing machine. No dryer, but a drying rack. And it dries reasonably quickly in the wellness area.
Only downside: the oven doesn't work very well. And there is no user manual.
We enjoy it here!!

4,3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3

4,3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3

Fantastic nice house with luxury hot tub and sauna and cozy bar in the living room. Only what we missed with 7 men was a second toilet.

Nice, cozy villa with a beautiful natural environment. Top!

4,3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3

Check-in was cordial, home was shipshape. Setting is rural house is atmospheric. Big drawback was the large number of flies in and around the house.

4,3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3

House is nice, cozy and clean. Nature around it is amazing. Garden is nice. Beds are divided over 3 rooms so you"ll have to sleep a bit combined when your with a bigger family

4,3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3

It is a beautiful, relaxing holiday home with 2 very friendly people as hosts. We were very well received and were given a nice tour of the house. No questions were too many, they were always quick and easy to reach. Beautiful surroundings, many hiking opportunities and places of interest. In short: definitely worth returning! Stefano

4,3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3

Fantastic house with a lovely jacuzzi! And what a beautiful place, so close to nature. The owners are helpful and super nice. We will definitely come back here. An absolute must.

4,3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3

Beautiful accommodation. Very private landscaped garden. Jacuzzi and Sauna and large walk-in shower complete it. Friendly hostess (unfortunately the gentleman was not able to be present for a while) Service is super. Too bad they put it up for sale but hopefully the new owners will continue with it.

4,3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3

The reception was very friendly. The house was spacious enough for our family of 4. A second toilet would not be a luxury (upstairs for example). It is a beautiful, characteristic house, where the noise is part of it. The house was neat, clean and complete. The area is quiet and you can enjoy hiking. A trampoline would have finished it for our kids, but even without it everyone had a great time for a week. Slagharen at a short distance is nice to visit, A walk on the Ipadweg Experience Path Te Veeningen was also fun to do.

4,3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3

Very nice location, quiet. Had good contact with the homeowner. Everything was there and the sauna, hot tub and lovely private outdoor terrace exceeded expectations. Please note that electricity and gas will be charged afterwards.

There were six of us and we really had a great day.

4,3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3

It is a fantastic house. It is very warm and cozy and we felt totally at home! The bedrooms are spacious and the beds sleep great! But that good sleep can also be caused by "an evening round of sauna and hot tub to do ... Highly recommended! We (six girlfriends) would definitely go again.

4,3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3

Nice house in a beautiful location. Fully equipped. Only annoying that the description in the Belvilla states that there is also a bathroom with toilet on the 1st floor, but there isn't. So you have to do it with 1 toilet and we think that's a shame, because we had selected the house for that.

4,3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3

Cozy house with friendly owners hospitable. Delicious Sauna and jacuzzi. Good beds, full kitchen equipment, spacious downstairs and upstairs. (We were six). A second toilet would be nice.

4,3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3

4,3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3

Together with your family is all fine, but this house makes it all good! You can relax and plenty of room for 8 people in and around the huis.Vooral fine ... enough crockery, not measured up to 8 people.

4,3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3

A weekend at this cottage was with eight friends. Was totally awesome. Relax in and around the cottage itself, crackling fire and a relaxing sauna and hot tub. Close to several villages / cities for a nice shopping. It was great!

Mature couple with younger couple and family with 2 children. Exactly enough space, cozy furnishings privacy despite owners within 50 meters living. Many opportunities for towns to visit Wed Ommen.Van here to Northern Zoo Emmen!

4,3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3

4,3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3

4,3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3

4,3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3

4,3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3

We were 6 people in this house, there was plenty of room for alle.Die interior is fantastic, very comfortable, makes you feel very comfortable from the one minutes da.Wie were there with 2 kids 6 and 4 years had a lot of fun outside in the Natur.Immer again!!

4,3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3

Beautiful house, in a great location. The jacuzzi could have been a little warmer ;) and for contact between landlord and tenants we would have found the front door / bell more pleasant than the back.

4,3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3

Thoroughly enjoyed the house, the welcome and the environment. The sauna and jacuzzi were wonderful. The cozy atmosphere in this farm made the difference to other houses for us.

4,3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3

Beautiful and luxurious accommodation in a wonderfully peaceful rural area. With as nice extras the jacuzzi and sauna. The only thing we miss is a bathroom instead of a sink in the bedrooms.

4,3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3

We enjoyed this wonderful place with 8 friends. Photos give a good impression of reality. Contact with host was smooth. In the jacuzzi we felt like royalty and the sauna was a super nice extra. In short, definitely worth repeating!

4,3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3

Lovely house, lovely quiet area. Excellent for fine cooking, dining, hanging at the bar and relax in the jacuzzi / sauna. Something for everyone. Perfect for group and with girlfriends to come.

It is a fantastic house. It is very warm and cozy and we felt totally at home! The bedrooms are spacious and the beds sleep great! But that good sleep can also be caused by "an evening round of sauna and hot tub to do ... Highly recommended! We (six girlfriends) would definitely go again.

We enjoyed delicious. The jacuzzi, sauna and good wifi made sure our adolescent daughters also found a great place. Reestdal is wonderful for walks, tourist visits and simple tranquility. Heerrrrlijk!

With eight girls nice weekend to Ommen. The house was very nice and very clean. There was really only one drawback and that was the toilet ... there was only one and that is for a group of eight people or less. For the rest had a nice weekend.

Fantastic nice cottage. Welcoming, spontaneous and helpful (we had car trouble) landlords. In reality it is even more beautiful than the picture "s. We rent every year with a group holiday. This puts it above the rest in terms of value for money .... Not to be missed !!!

Together with your family is all fine, but this house makes it all good! You can relax and plenty of room for 8 people in and around the huis.Vooral fine ... enough crockery, not measured up to 8 people.

A weekend at this cottage was with eight friends. Was totally awesome. Relax in and around the cottage itself, crackling fire and a relaxing sauna and hot tub. Close to several villages / cities for a nice shopping. It was great!

4,3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3

It was a very friendly hostess. We have something to ask a few times and were therefore kindly helped. The cottage gave us yet the privacy and tranquility we needed this weekend. The cottage was neat to and was spacious enough for 7 people.

With eight men stayed a weekend, nice location, perfect accommodation! Prima equipped kitchen, bar and one of the selling points of the house a dry sauna and a hot tub outside! Prima beds, exactly 8 spread over three rooms. It was a good place!

4,3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3

Accommodation gets a big enough. Cosy. Crush Nice garden and a dito jacuzzi (no hottub). Any (big) negative of this house are the large numbers of flies that you can not keep out of all horror. At least, we did not succeed ...

4,3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3

Truly a tophuisje! fully equipped, especially the sauna and outdoor jacuzzi. The house is super clean and we were greeted by the owner with coffee and cake! They are right for you if there is sometimes something might be. All in all a wonderful weekend! Repeating!

4,3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3

We enjoyed, cottage is neat, but noisy. Take your quilt with you, what is there is short and thin. If you want to burn, take some wood yourself. Environment is nice / quiet. Wellness facilities are wonderful. Owners are helpful and friendly.

4,3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3

4,3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3

Arrival went well and fast. We were with 6 friends and the owner was first worried but not taken care of during the holiday so that was definitely nice. The house is very nice and there is enough space. Things like the sauna and hottub were well maintained and great to have.

Contact with the owner was very nice. The house is beautiful, clean and very complete. We were 8 adults and there was enough room for everyone. Disadvantage we found that there is only one toilet. Furthermore, everything was top-notch

4,3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3

Were received very kindly and frankly. The owner herself had prepared coffee with a slice of cake. The owner also came home a little later and came to have a look with us. He also walked to the hot tub, he just wanted to make sure that he was getting hot enough. The accommodation is also neat and tidy.

The reception was very friendly. The house was spacious enough for our family of 4. A second toilet would not be a luxury (upstairs for example). It is a beautiful, characteristic house, where the noise is part of it. The house was neat, clean and complete. The area is quiet and you can enjoy hiking. A trampoline would have finished it for our kids, but even without it everyone had a great time for a week. Slagharen at a short distance is nice to visit, A walk on the Ipadweg Experience Path Te Veeningen was also fun to do.

4,3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3

Beautiful accommodation. Very private landscaped garden. Jacuzzi and Sauna and large walk-in shower complete it. Friendly hostess (unfortunately the gentleman was not able to be present for a while) Service is super. Too bad they put it up for sale but hopefully the new owners will continue with it.

4,3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3 4.3

The house was very lux and we also went for this holiday, we went for the first time in a house before, we always went with own caravan to div. reasoning, not this time and it is our birth right, we go back next year with the caravan children love camping also live fun, we also regard the contact as Belvilla very good experience, h. gr Fam. Van Baren

Very nice location to escape the hustle and bustle of all then. With a jacuzzi and sauna that is no problem. The beds are comfortable and because of the silence outside you sleep wonderfully. Owners are very welcoming and everything neat and clean. Top!

Lovely house in winter, with wood stove, sauna and hot tub. Good beds and a kitchen where everything is present. The area offers the opportunity to purchase local products and there is even a wine farm around the corner, very nice. You can also enjoy a nice walk here.
