In case of problems, Jan quickly and kindly provide a (temporary) solution. Those are the positive points, following property is very outdated and partly dilapidated. Tucked Rotten window frames are partially and very ugly with vermilion on areas so they do not continue festering, windows and frames can hardly open or falling apart. The house is absurd noisy and therefore hardly suitable for more than 4 people. The decor is spartan to call and finish dates at best from the 50's, some appliances (stove) still go but pretty much everything (washer, dryer, lighting) is very strong for replacement. The heating consists of one or more electric heaters in every room. They slurp incredible power while the house is not isolated, and everywhere are holes and cracks allowing power costs come absurdly high (75 euros for a tight week!). The house is hardly suitable for families with small children because of an incredibly dangerous stairs amidst without stairgate or demarcation. Even adults have difficulty with the stairs and

We have eight people had a great weekend here in the middle of the Veluwe forest. The managers were incredibly friendly and escorted us to the cozy house, which is completely clogged in a fairytale forest. We were very lucky with the weather - it has not rained all week, and partly because of a wonderful week in Wildenberg. We stayed there with two adults and three children (6,3 and 1 year). The kids were able to frolic around the house, and we could sit outside. The cottage is exactly according to the description, though I would not think to bivouac here with 8 people. It was also walking in the area very nice!
