Beautiful house, equipped with all conveniences. Spacious, everything you need is present. Only the dirt road to it was terrible: the car got stuck in the mud. Poorly accessible and poorly marked.

The house is really in need of improvement in some areas. The oven sometimes malfunctions, the coffee maker has a pot that doesn't belong to the machine and therefore doesn't fit well. Upon arrival, the central heating didn't work; after calling the manager, it turned out to be a known issue. We could solve it ourselves, but I would have preferred it to be fixed before our arrival. The cleaning could also be better in some areas. The living room windows were still full of greasy fingerprints and dead insects.

This cottage is significantly up to date and renovated compared to another cottage on the property. A lovely place to relax and enjoy. The host B is very friendly, flexible, and approachable—absolutely TOP! These cottages are definitely recommended for a weekend getaway!

The area is nice and quiet and you won't be bothered by neighbors at all.
The jacuzzi is also a wonderful option.

The holiday home was charming and very clean. It had a nice open kitchen and a comfortable living room. We enjoyed our mornings on the terrace, drinking coffee and enjoying the peaceful view of the garden. The location was ideal for day trips, with various attractions such as House Singraven and Castle Twickel just a few minutes' drive away.

To improve: jacuzzi not working properly, when we arrived the bubbles were not working properly, this was fixed the next day but only around 4 hours later the bubbles were not spectacular but they were better. We especially found it annoying that this was already known upon arrival and in our opinion it could have been better in terms of communication.

In terms of kitchen, I miss an oven dish and there are few glasses.
Furthermore, the access road to the house is very bad, full of holes.

On Sunday a few times people rang our doorbell to pick up chlorine tablets, we were not informed about this and we found this quite irritating.

All around a nice place to relax.

Very nice base for wonderful bike rides in a fantastic environment. House in itself beautiful with lots of comfort. Especially the terrace was lovely. But quite a few imperfections: TVs did not work or very faltering. No instructions for all equipment present. Extractor hood very dirty and lighting not to be found. Bathroom drain dirty and much too large floor squeegee. Doors squeak and creak. In short: with small adjustments and improvements you prevent a lot of annoyance and ensure even more satisfied guests.

Jacuzzi and sauna wonderful. And we got the beautiful weather for free!

The stay was excellent, fully equipped, enjoy the peace around you. The cottage is as good as new with a jacuzzi in the garden, which we enjoyed pretty much every day. There are also many things to see nearby. But nature is also beautiful to see in beautiful Overijssel. The beds were also excellent and we would book the house again. The owner was very friendly and we once ate at Eetcafé Billy and Antje (the owner). The food there was also more than fine. What a wonderful refuge! We enjoyed every moment of our stay. The owners were so hospitable and made us feel at home. The wellness area in the basement was a great surprise, and we spent hours in the sauna and the hot tub. The surrounding nature was perfect for long walks, and we even took a day trip to Germany. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to relax and recharge!

In rain, the unpaved forest path to the cottage is almost impassable. A beautiful place in the summer. The site states 2 bathrooms, but that is not correct. There is only 1 shower. Upstairs there is only a separate sink and a separate toilet. That is quite difficult with 6 people. Few glasses for 6 people. The extractor hood was very dirty, the grease was dripping off. Too few towels. Lots of clutter around the cottage. I called the owner to ask something, but they didn't answer, and I was never called back.

The last part of the drive to the cottage was a bit of a search, unpaved road with many potholes. Furthermore, the cottage was fine. We had good weather, so we enjoyed that, and the jacuzzi was very nice.

To improve: jacuzzi not working properly, when we arrived the bubbles were not working properly, this was fixed the next day but only around 4 hours later the bubbles were not spectacular but they were better. We especially found it annoying that this was already known upon arrival and in our opinion it could have been better in terms of communication.

In terms of kitchen, I miss an oven dish and there are few glasses.
Furthermore, the access road to the house is very bad, full of holes.

On Sunday a few times people rang our doorbell to pick up chlorine tablets, we were not informed about this and we found this quite irritating.

All around a nice place to relax.

Very nice base for wonderful bike rides in a fantastic environment. House in itself beautiful with lots of comfort. Especially the terrace was lovely. But quite a few imperfections: TVs did not work or very faltering. No instructions for all equipment present. Extractor hood very dirty and lighting not to be found. Bathroom drain dirty and much too large floor squeegee. Doors squeak and creak. In short: with small adjustments and improvements you prevent a lot of annoyance and ensure even more satisfied guests.

Jacuzzi and sauna wonderful. And we got the beautiful weather for free!
