The location was beautiful, in the middle of the forest, just a shame about the noise of a group of German holidaymakers, very unfortunate! No longer rent to groups of young people??

Very nice house. Quietly situated next to a campsite. Place with pubs and restaurants is within walking distance. The jacuzzi is great. The saunas very small.

Good beds, shower, kitchen, and WiFi. 4 houses together neatly laid out and relatively newly built. Jacuzzi was preheated and we could go in immediately after arrival.

Super nice house. Fully equipped. TV in all rooms. Soap at every tap. The jacuzzi was great! Especially at 33°C. Wonderfully quiet location. Just the sound of birds!

The stay was excellent, fully equipped, enjoy the peace around you. The cottage is as good as new with a jacuzzi in the garden, which we enjoyed pretty much every day. There are also many things to see nearby. But nature is also beautiful to see in beautiful Overijssel. The beds were also excellent and we would book the house again. The owner was very friendly and we once ate at Eetcafé Billy and Antje (the owner). The food there was also more than fine. Beautiful house, quiet area, gas fireplace, nice cafe with good food. Wonderful beds, beautiful view from the room.
To improve: jacuzzi not working properly, when we arrived the bubbles were not working properly, this was fixed the next day but only around 4 hours later the bubbles were not spectacular but they were better. We especially found it annoying that this was already known upon arrival and in our opinion it could have been better in terms of communication.
In terms of kitchen, I miss an oven dish and there are few glasses.
Furthermore, the access road to the house is very bad, full of holes.
On Sunday a few times people rang our doorbell to pick up chlorine tablets, we were not informed about this and we found this quite irritating.
All around a nice place to relax.

Very nice base for wonderful bike rides in a fantastic environment. House in itself beautiful with lots of comfort. Especially the terrace was lovely. But quite a few imperfections: TVs did not work or very faltering. No instructions for all equipment present. Extractor hood very dirty and lighting not to be found. Bathroom drain dirty and much too large floor squeegee. Doors squeak and creak. In short: with small adjustments and improvements you prevent a lot of annoyance and ensure even more satisfied guests.
Jacuzzi and sauna wonderful. And we got the beautiful weather for free!
