It was a lovely weekend, enjoyed the hot tub, everything was great. We did find that it was very dusty, that could be better, for people with allergies that would really be a no go.

Beautiful house, great location. Unfortunately, hardly cleaned, sand on the couch and chairs. Enough but tiny towels. Nothing present, not even pepper and salt, oil, vinegar, etc. Kitchen minimally equipped. No bowls for vegetables/salad. 6 knives, 6 forks. We found it all meager. Furthermore, we missed a good comfortable couch with 6 adults. Now a two-seater and two armchairs. Additionally, a dip in one of the three double beds. A bedroom curtain was attached with duct tape... With a bit more hospitality, attention, and love, it could have been a wonderfully cozy and comfortable home.

This place is a hidden gem! The outdoor hot tub was my favorite spot after a long day exploring the nearby hiking trails. The views of the forest are simply breathtaking, and I loved the cozy atmosphere of the living room with the gas fireplace. Perfect for a relaxing getaway!

In the rain, the unpaved forest path to the cottage is almost impassable. A beautiful place in the summer. The site states 2 bathrooms, but that is not correct. There is only 1 shower. Upstairs there is only a separate wash basin and a separate toilet. That is quite inconvenient with 6 people. Few glasses for 6 people. The extractor hood was very dirty, the grease was dripping off. Too few towels. Lots of clutter around the cottage. I called the owner to ask something, but they did not answer, and I was never called back.

The last part of the drive to the cottage was a bit of a search, unpaved road with many potholes. Otherwise, the cottage was fine. We had good weather, so we enjoyed that, and the jacuzzi was very nice.

The house is really in need of improvement in some areas. The oven sometimes malfunctions, the coffee maker has a pot that doesn't belong to the machine and therefore doesn't fit well. Upon arrival, the central heating didn't work; after calling the manager, it turned out to be a known issue. We could solve it ourselves, but I would have preferred it to be fixed before our arrival. The cleaning could also be better in some areas. The living room windows were still full of greasy fingerprints and dead insects.

This cottage is significantly up to date and renovated compared to another cottage on the property. A lovely place to relax and enjoy. The host B is very friendly, flexible, and approachable—absolutely TOP! These cottages are definitely recommended for a weekend getaway!

The holiday home was charming and very clean. It had a nice open kitchen and a comfortable living room. We enjoyed our mornings on the terrace, drinking coffee and enjoying the peaceful view of the garden. The location was ideal for day trips, with various attractions such as House Singraven and Castle Twickel just a few minutes' drive away.

To improve: jacuzzi not working properly, when we arrived the bubbles were not working properly, this was fixed the next day but only around 4 hours later the bubbles were not spectacular but they were better. We especially found it annoying that this was already known upon arrival and in our opinion it could have been better in terms of communication.

In terms of kitchen, I miss an oven dish and there are few glasses.
Furthermore, the access road to the house is very bad, full of holes.

On Sunday a few times people rang our doorbell to pick up chlorine tablets, we were not informed about this and we found this quite irritating.

All around a nice place to relax.

Very nice base for wonderful bike rides in a fantastic environment. House in itself beautiful with lots of comfort. Especially the terrace was lovely. But quite a few imperfections: TVs did not work or very faltering. No instructions for all equipment present. Extractor hood very dirty and lighting not to be found. Bathroom drain dirty and much too large floor squeegee. Doors squeak and creak. In short: with small adjustments and improvements you prevent a lot of annoyance and ensure even more satisfied guests.

Jacuzzi and sauna wonderful. And we got the beautiful weather for free!

The stay was excellent, fully equipped, enjoy the peace around you. The cottage is as good as new with a jacuzzi in the garden, which we enjoyed pretty much every day. There are also many things to see nearby. But nature is also beautiful to see in beautiful Overijssel. The beds were also excellent and we would book the house again. The owner was very friendly and we once ate at Eetcafé Billy and Antje (the owner). The food there was also more than fine. A fantastic stay in a beautiful holiday home situated in a very quiet location and with nice comforts in the form of a jacuzzi & an infrared sauna. As each room is equipped with a large double bed & TV, you can also retire well & relax alone. We were fully satisfied.

Had a very pleasant stay! Friendly owner and nothing is missing in and around the house (everything has been thought of). The communication went smoothly and the information in advance was clear and complete. Jacuzzi is great and the surroundings are beautiful. Recommended!

Very nice house. Quietly situated next to a campsite. Place with pubs and restaurants is within walking distance. The jacuzzi is great. The saunas very small.

Super nice house. Fully equipped. TV in all rooms. Soap at every tap. The jacuzzi was great! Especially at 33°C. Wonderfully quiet location. Just the sound of birds!

We were warmly welcomed by the owner and had a wonderful weekend in this little house. The surroundings are nice and quiet, and you don't have any neighbors bothering you at all. The hot tub is also a lovely addition. We all enjoyed ourselves :)

The stay was excellent, fully equipped, enjoy the peace around you. The cottage is as good as new with a jacuzzi in the garden, which we enjoyed pretty much every day. There are also many things to see nearby. But nature is also beautiful to see in beautiful Overijssel. The beds were also excellent and we would book the house again. The owner was very friendly and we once ate at Eetcafé Billy and Antje (the owner). The food there was also more than fine. To improve: jacuzzi not working properly, when we arrived the bubbles were not working properly, this was fixed the next day but only around 4 hours later the bubbles were not spectacular but they were better. We especially found it annoying that this was already known upon arrival and in our opinion it could have been better in terms of communication.

In terms of kitchen, I miss an oven dish and there are few glasses.
Furthermore, the access road to the house is very bad, full of holes.

On Sunday a few times people rang our doorbell to pick up chlorine tablets, we were not informed about this and we found this quite irritating.

All around a nice place to relax.

Very nice base for wonderful bike rides in a fantastic environment. House in itself beautiful with lots of comfort. Especially the terrace was lovely. But quite a few imperfections: TVs did not work or very faltering. No instructions for all equipment present. Extractor hood very dirty and lighting not to be found.
