The reception is no more welcoming but the money however quite minimal. Without thereby vallen.En detail than the price asked for the rent of this house will be on the high side. Moreover, it is very central to both nature and nabj located cities.

the reception was pleasant and informal, the cottage was small but nice. We have had an excellent basis for a fun weekend.

We had a nice stay at the kotmansspieker. At the farm holiday celebration, it was once very different. Magnificent views of the fields and a horse in front of the door occasionally curiously looked inside and not to forget the dear Benner Senner dog !!

I booked a short week (Mon-Fri) for my brother and sister-in-law as gifts. .Immediately indicated that our dog cannot get along with all dogs. Whether that could be taken into account. That was all no problem. On arrival we were received very uninterested by Mrs. Cold and distant.Meneer in it very sincere and cordial clearly a hard worker. We were impressed by the gentleman if there was anything we had to report. When we wanted to receive the key, part of the accommodation was immediately closed. With the comment that it is the 6 person part and we have not paid for it. This share is what is advertised on this site. This advertisement is the reason that we are willing to pay 330,- for a week at the farmer. We see this as selling under false conditions. Well it turns out that that is not what we have booked for, and my brother and sister-in-law are baptized in a room of 9-12 m with broken: * sink, * tap, * stove, * floor heating not present. * windows, * doors * walls and ceilings. * A thick layer of dust and grease is spread throughout the 12 m2. * The television is less than 30 cm wide (is a computer monitor not a TV) * the digitenne does not work. *Wifi hangs outside half in the rain with connectors screwed together.*Screws of the box bed stick out, you can feel it when you lie on it, see photos.*Roof consists of some old beams, roof boarding and a side. As a result, proper ventilation cannot be provided and the room is so humid within 3 hours that all clothing was wet and damp. * due to poorly closed windows and doors it was very drafty in the residence. * meters with cobwebs hang in the box bed. Incl spiders. * overall black mold due to poor ventilation, in fridge / washing machine / dryer, ceiling

Nice house and beautiful surroundings. Unfortunately, however, the cottage was not so well maintained and there were some flaws. Contents of kitchen utensils very minimal. There were no coffee spoons, soup bowls, scissors, can opener and some necessary things not present.
