This country house is an experience respect. The Erve Het Klaashuis is a characteristic country house on the authentic estate 'Het Hulsbeek'. The house is located on a kind of Park which is completely private and in the middle of nature and very wooded area. It exudes tranquility and nature.
It is decorated in English style and equipped with bedrooms with bathroom en suite, so that each guest can enjoy optimal privacy. The accommodation is very suitable for vacations with family, from grandparents to grandchildren.
The wooded surroundings are perfect for hiking and cycling. You will find recreational lakes where you can swim, sunbathe, fish and even surf. In the park you will find the largest outdoor skate park in Europe, a trim track, mountain bike route and a play forest for children. For relaxation, head to Saré Thermen & Beauty. Everything can be found within walking distance of the country house. Ootmarsum and cities like Oldenzaal, Hengelo and Enschede are more than worth the effort. A swimming pool with a wellness and beauty center is within walking distance.
The English decor and gas fireplace create a romantic atmosphere and from the dining area you have a beautiful view of the garden. The annex features a covered terrace with fireplace and patio heaters, for cozy evenings with your loved ones. It has a beautiful kitchen with a Japanese stove and all the bedrooms and bathrooms look fantastic. Everything in the house is done to perfection.

Upon arrival in the house it turned out that the owner has already lit the fireplace, it is a welcome entry. The accommodation was fantastic in one word! In the surrounding area it is beautiful walking.

Een prachtige accommodatie. Rustig met nabij wel allerlei faciliteiten. Leuk om te wandelen en te fietsen. Fijn dat er beneden een slaapkamer is voor 2 personen. Voor minder validen is dat wel prettig. Nadeel is kleine af/opstapjes vanuit de zitkamer naar de keuken en bijkeuken en apart naar de tekenhoek/bureauhoek. Dat maakt de ruimte voor lopen kleiner en een groter obstakel met mindere validen. Dat geldt ook voor het feit dat beneden geen losse douche is, maar alleen in het bad. De rest was allemaal uitstekend. Wij waren met onze ouders (met een minder valide), onze 3 kinderen (7, 9 en 10) en onszelf. Kinderen hebben gerouleerd zodat ze allemaal een keer in de aparte eenpersoons slaapkamer beneden konden met eigen toilet en bad. Als je niet van harde dikke hoofdkussens houdt neem dan je eigen mee. Genoten van de vogeltjes en konijntjes in de tuin. Misschien is er s nachts nog een ree geweest, want er werd wat gescharrel gehoord. Fietsen konden wij goed gesloten stallen. Supermarkt in de buurt, mooi reacreatiegebied, AvaTarZ klimbos is ook een aanbeveling maar wel ook spannend, het Buytenhuis is geen aanrader om te eten, maar ander restaurant was prima.

Lovely house with lots of charm! We felt right at home! Everything is up to. Detail perfectly executed, I as chief cook in our catering business, I did have a great time on the stove .... The children in the area, our son has even taken a new business year dip in Hulsbeek ... And not to forget the very hospitable and friendly owner. Even the Christmas decorations (Christmas Star) was already on the table upon arrival. Overall an absolute must! We will be back

The house is in a very nice place, in the middle of nature, on nice walking routes and near a large lake where you can swim. Nice things to do in the area. A few small points for improvement: the beds are on the narrow side and the small bedroom did not smell very fresh (probably because of the carpet in the bathroom).

We have a week rented this house with the idea that the kids could come when it suited them best. A long weekend we were with the family. In our case it was doing so well with 4 bedrooms with private bathrooms. The rest of the week, it was a sweet incidence. We walked in the nature around, cooked, ate together, played games, swam visited in the city bath of Oldenzaal and Ootmarsum Enschede. The weather was not always made too good but the view over the park so you had an idea to be connected with outside. The gas fireplace was cozy, romantic and favorite to sit together. In the summer, you will be more use outside but in the winter it is delicious.

Hidden in the woods surrounded by nature is the exquisite Klasshuis. The English style farmhouse has the ambiance of a 5 star hotel but is cozy at the same time. Tasteful furnishings, beautiful art, and unique architectural details are found throughout the house. Lots of natural light along with strategic placement of mirrors and lights make this a perfect home for all seasons. The villa featured 4 bedrooms each with their own bathroom which definitely was a bonus for our family. We also loved spending most of our time outside in the lovely gardens. There was plenty of seating area where we could enjoy watching the bunnies and birds. The children loved the nearby recreation center and we loved walking along the nature trails. Our experience at the Klasshuis was memorable and we hope to return in the future.

With 7 people, we had a great weekend in this beautiful restored farmhouse. A cozy living room with a beautiful view of the spacious garden. Last week we stayed with our family in House Klaas. The farm exceeded our expectations. There is both inside and outside paid much attention to the inheritance Klaas House. In a natural state this special home. Helped by which we stayed mostly outside on one of the terraces. The good weather Hospitable owners, always available and provide excellent care. Take one (inflation) or bath and sun bed with you if you prefer to go lounging. In the huge garden And if you have (small) children bring some along to entertain them (in the environment, in good weather, plenty to do otherwise) The accommodation does not have a washing machine and in the area there is no possibility to wash, take a therefore longer stay some extra clothes.

Have been very kindly received. However, you must note that you can check in or check in at 17:00. The accommodation was very nice and the interior was carefully chosen. The area was beautiful with lots of walking and cycling possibilities. If you walk across the grounds you feel a rich man. Definitely recommended for people who like peace and nature.

A beautiful country house with a great garden. And in bad weather there is still the covered terrace with gas fire. Enjoy it here and there! You walk into nature in no time at the lake and it is a great base to discover other places in Overijssel.

Friendly welcome the house and huge garden gave us an ultimate luxury feeling. The area appears to be an extension of the garden and invites you to take wonderful walks. The entire surrounding area is surprising, sporting challenges in a beautifully maintained recreational area. Due to the many steps and level differences in the house, this is less suitable for people with a walker.

Our expectations regarding the house, through the photos on the site already high. The reality exceeded even those expectations. Preserve It Klaas House enjoys a prime location in the tourist center, close to the equestrian center and sauna. A perfect starting point for walks and to explore the area. The house itself is a word fantastic. During the restoration, everything in the house with great attention to detail down to the smallest details. It is very clean and well onderhoduen. The fact that each bedroom has its own bathroom makes this home a must. We sometimes come back!

Warm welcome by the owner. Beautiful accommodation with a fantastic garden which we enjoyed very much. The house is in a very nice place, in the middle of nature, on nice walking routes and near a large lake where you can swim. Nice things to do in the area. A few small points for improvement: the beds are on the narrow side and the small bedroom did not smell very fresh (probably because of the carpet in the bathroom).

It is the second time that we have a weekend in the House Klaas spent. Again it was a very good experience. The location and layout of the house could not be better! Ideal for a stay with friends or family in a luxurious environment with all the privacy and convenience.

Literally detached house with large garden that invited our family (aged 2 to 69) to eat outside, bird-watching and badminton. Very attractive environment, alternating natural and clean recreational area with challenging activities in and around the water. A week away in this place is a relaxing holiday!

Very nicely decorated house. The living room is a little smaller than it is in the pictures. The fireplace in the living room runs on gas, so you can easily make a cozy fire in the evening without having to fetch wood.
