We have lovingly furnished our certified "5-star holiday home" to a high standard as a "4-season and feel-good house" for max. 6 adults and 2 small children. No matter in which season you stay here, you will not get bored. On approx. 115 sqm of living space on the ground floor and first floor, you will find everything that everyone imagines in an exclusive holiday. Rustic oak furniture gives the house a very special flair. The cosy seating combination with relax function in the living area guarantees a relaxing evening by the fireplace and the 42'' LCD TV. If it is still too cold for you, there is also a sauna in the bathroom on the ground floor. Another bathroom is on the upper floor, with a hairdryer. In one of the bedrooms on the upper floor there is a 2nd LCD TV. The comfortable kitchen is part of the very spacious living and dining area on the ground floor. The outdoor area has a large corner terrace with two tables, parasol, 8 garden chairs, 2 relaxation loungers and an exclusive beach chair (in the summer months). In the small garden house you will find a large electric barbecue for preparing delicious treats and a small air-tyred handcart for walks.
If you like, you can surf endlessly free of charge via the wireless DSL 6000 access.

Our "Island House" is situated on a 612 sqm plot in the middle of a small cottage area. Through a private pathway to the house. On the property for 3-5 car parking spaces. The Baltic Sea beach is about 900 meters away. Quiet step will take about 20 minutes. In the opposite direction of the Gothensee is about 400 m away, nestled in a beautiful, quiet and relaxing landscape.

| In addition, the visitor's tax, the amount of which depends on the season, must be paid per person and night. It is currently between € 1.60 and € 2.70 for one person without a reduction. electricity, WiFi, water, gas, sauna, washing machine and tumble dryer use are included in the rental price. A linen set consisting of bed linen and towels is provided free of charge for each adult guest. If you would like to have the sets changed during longer stays, we charge 15 € per set for this. Of course you can also book a short holiday with a minimum stay of three nights outside the high season (Easter, summer and turn of the year). The "Inselhaus" is quietly situated at the edge of a small holiday home settlement in Seebad and is approached via a private road as a cul-de-sac without through traffic and footpath as the last of three properties. There are 3 car parking spaces on the property. The driveway to the parking spaces offers parking for another 2 cars.
Our holiday home is particularly suitable for a multi-generational holiday and friendly families with children. All interiors of the house have underfloor heating and are fitted with high-quality tiles, cork flooring (ground floor bedrooms) or bamboo parquet flooring (upper floor bedrooms). In the bathrooms there are additional wall radiators, which all together guarantee a pleasant warmth, even in the colder seasons. The kitchen area also has a toaster, coffee machine, kettle, blender, ***freezer with 2 compartments. Washing machine, tumble dryer, rotary dryer (outside), clothes horse (inside), ironing board, iron, safe and a first aid kit (hopefully never needed) are also part of the equipment. For your and our safety, smoke detectors are installed throughout the house. To ensure that our little guests also have a pleasant holiday, our "island house" has toddler and children's crockery, children's cutlery, 2 children's high chairs, 1 baby bath, step stools in the bathrooms, 1 cot with duvet and pillow, 1 children's travel cot (up to 86 cm body height and 13 kg body weight), children's books and games, garden and beach toys and, of course, the handcart for transport to the beach. On the stairs from the upper floor to the ground floor, we have installed a mesh door that can be used to protect our little guests
Our "Inselhaus" was newly built in 2010 and is certified as a "5-star holiday home" by the German Tourism Association
If you don't want to travel by car, you can also take the train to Heringsdorf (stop approx. 300 m from the house) or fly to Heringsdorf with airberlin from four major German cities during the summer months.

The best thing was the weather.
House as described and as shown in the photos. The house is suitable for (small) children - the plot around the house is less so.
Property management as indicated was unfortunately non-existent. In case of problems, only contact with the landlord was possible, who is not on-site and therefore did not feel responsible. (Overflowing garbage cans, no waste disposal plan, dirty electric grill upon arrival that had to be cleaned before use, broken coffee machine, inferior rusty cutlery...) A tip for families with children: The way to the beach and back is very strenuous as it is very steep uphill/downhill. The beach is approximately 900 m in a straight line, but the footpath is 1.5 km long. Adults briskly walking need about 20 minutes. Driving to the beach by car is not worth it due to limited parking spaces and a minimum cost of €8 for a day ticket (with still at least 500 m walking from the parking lot). Garden/beach toys as described are not available. So there is no misunderstanding: We have been renting holiday homes of this category in various places for over 20 years - but we cannot recommend this holiday home due to the price-performance ratio.

Wir bedanken uns recht herzlich für diese Bewertung und es freut uns sehr, dass diese Gastfamilie es trotz des desolaten Zustandes des Hauses es 14 Tage dort ohne weitere Negativinformationen und Rückforderungsansprüche an uns während des Aufenthaltes aushalten konnte?
Wir vermieten u.a. dieses Haus seit 12 Jahren, haben im Durchschnitt pro Jahr eine Belegung von 250 Übernachtungen (Coronajahre 2020/2021 - 195/159), wovon rund 50 % Stammgäste sind und haben auf dieser und anderen Plattformen eigentlich nur positive Bewertungen erhalten.
Nach Erhalt dieser Bewertung wurde u.a. die Kaffeemaschine durch die Verwaltung sofort überprüft. Sie funktionierte!
Nun ja, es kommt immer auf den Betrachter an und es sind nicht alle Menschen gleich.

During this time, we were able to spend a wonderful holiday in your house. A beautiful house. We have rarely inhabited one that was so well-equipped: with everything you need, from toilet paper to garbage bags, not to mention the mat for the shower. The exterior of the house already promises coziness and comfort, and this promise is fully fulfilled in every room. In addition, the weather also played along well: icy cold and sunny. Greetings from Frankfurt am Main and the Sauerland!

Simply great!
We had the pleasure of spending a week of our vacation in the island house. We have stayed in several houses before, but the island house is definitely one of our favorites!!! Absolutely lovingly furnished and everything in high quality. We didn't miss anything.

Das perfekte Haus
We just spent 1 week of autumn vacation with two families in this wonderful house. The house is beautifully furnished. It is newly built and the furnishings are very tasteful, so much so that you would like to take them with you ;-) We felt very comfortable from the very first second. Despite being four adults and four children, we had enough space. The fireplace created a cozy atmosphere and the sauna was the icing on the cake in this luxury house. We have never stayed in a house that is so child-friendly equipped, such as stair gates, crib, two high chairs, travel cot, toys, beach wagon, and step stools in front of the sinks. The location of the house is also very good. The beach is a ten-minute walk away, and it's about 15 minutes to Heringsdorf center. We would love to come back. We can highly recommend the house. Thanks also to the friendly landlord and agent.

We have been renting out our holiday flats and houses on the German Baltic Sea coast to guests for 10 years. We have had our island houses in Zempin and Heringsdorf on the island of Usedom certified by the DTV with 5 stars. Even though this is not possible in Spain, we have transferred the same standard to Tenerife. We acquired this house at the end of 2013 and rebuilt it almost completely in 2014. We are happy when our guests feel comfortable in the island house.
