A part of the group had already made progress and could go inside. In the course of the evening the owner came after we first reported ourselves. The beds were already made this was very nice. Too bad we had to pay tourist tax for the people who had not come along. 2 pieces. Everything we needed was available. Only the beds creak terribly, which has kept many one out of sleep. The area is beautiful. We had a great weekend.

Had a great weekend with a complete football team! The interior is better than the picture "s, everything is paneled with riser wood and there are few loose furniture such as sofas and chairs about. Our weekend did not work but there is wifi in contrast to the description of the house. One tip you come on Friday and want that same evening with a large group taxi to Valkenburg or Maastricht? Forget it everything is full! call on Thursday so all taxis in Bemelen region!

Fine house, but moderate "luxury" Beds are pulpous (you must leave flannel, but really seem to need a wasneurt. Blankets have spots). You pay € 125 cleaning, but everywhere was still dirt and broken glass. Good stay. However, an unpleasant surprise that the apparently involves two houses that stick together. Very nice house. However, the picture 's misleading. It seems like a lot of garden to sit but this is really not the case. Also, you have to share the terrace with the neighbors. In our case that was not bad because the neighbors were very relaxed and the noise 20 man not very liked in the middle of the night, but as you will find of course not always., I do think that this should be! stated in the description Also a top location close to Maastricht and Valkenburg and the house itself is stunning and very cozy! Administrator is also very nice and good service.

Had a very nice stay in Bemelen with our group of friends. Ideal house for (large) groups who mainly want to have fun together and are not immediately looking for great luxury. The house met our expectations. We had a nice meal and drinks together. Very nice that the living space is large enough for the entire group. Kitchen is well equipped. Due to the risk of smoke development, there are a few restrictions (including no gourmet dining). There is a large dormitory with three compartments. That was fine for us, but if you are very attached to privacy or time for yourself it is less ideal. Sanitary facilities are basic, but that was certainly okay for us. Easily accessible and sufficient parking spaces. Had good contact with the owner.

We have a nice holiday behind. The house is comfortable, easy and has a nice view. However, it is regrettable that it has one dormitory. It was not fun to sleep (snoring, wiggling, stairs / to go to WC WC a creaking door, ...). With 25 men in one dormitory It was like we were bosklasse / zeeklasse / snow class. What a fantastic weekend we had with our women's hockey team! Super nice contact with the owner too! We were lucky that in the house next to us there was a group of students from a year club, with whom we were also able to celebrate a nice party! The dorms were also super cozy with everyone. This is highly recommended for large groups who like to have a good time. The cottage is perfect, an hour's bike ride from Maastricht. Excellent for a team weekend with the football team. Owner is very helpful and helps where possible. For example, when someone has to go to the hospital. Have a great weekend!

Fantastic weekend with our group of friends in this senseless fun house! The dorm was super great fun with z 'n all sleep in one room. The garden we had to share with our neighbors who were also on holiday, this was a Belgian family and we had t unwise cozy with z' n all. From polonaise walk up to the table to dance with both groups! Overall a super cool weekend !!

We have 22 guests last weekend with our football team to this beautiful house before, the location is perfect, you are within 15 minutes in valkenburg or heart maastricht, the service is super friendly owners. The BBQ was ordered and regulated by the homeowners was fine. the house is in perfect condition and a great location with a large group of friends to go.
