The detached, themed farm villas are spread out over the spacious park. They are all very comfortably furnished and have modern conveniences such as under floor heating and wireless internet. They are on large parcels in various sizes from 5 to 13 people. For the larger variants (from 7 persons) one or more of the bedrooms and a bathroom is on the ground floor. Ideal for going on holiday with grandma and grandpa! In the farm villas there is a lovely manicured garden and a (covered) terrace with garden furniture. The Buitenhof de Leistert is a lovely luxurious holiday, or better said, farm villa park, it is an expansion of the existing recreation park de Leistert with its many facilities. Buitenhof de Leistert is located in the varied landscape of Middle Limburg, and is surrounded by a beautiful natural area. Shady lanes, farms, fruit orchards and meandering brooks make this experience of times past complete. The villas in the Limburg farmhouse style are characterized by lovely architecture. The park is spacious. You'll enjoy complete peace and space and have all of the necessary facilities on hand to make your holiday complete. On the park there are covered and open air swimming pools, various playgrounds, a rowing lake, cycle hire and much more. The area is perfect for cycling and/or walking excursions. Roermond, with its atmospheric downtown, Maastricht, the White Town of Thorn, the thermal baths at Arcen and Toverland are certainly worth a visit. Water sports lovers can paddle to their hearts' content in the Maas lakes. Buitenhof de Leistert, what more could you want?
Buitenhof de Leistert is a holiday park with luxurious farm villas on spacious parcels. It has various facilities for all ages, including a covered swimming pool, open air swimming pool, various playgrounds, a restaurant and a rowing lake.
In addition to the comfort farm villas NL-6088-02 (5-pers.), NL-6088-06 (7-pers.) and NL-6088-10 (9-pers.), there are also luxury farm villas. These have, in addition to the furnishings of the comfort types, a sauna, a whirlpool, a washing machine/dryer combination and a flat screen in one or more bedrooms. The luxury types are NL-6088-04 (5-pers.), NL-6088-08 (7-pers.), NL-6088-12 (9-pers.), NL-6088-14 (11-pers.) and NL-6088-16 (13-pers.).
There is also a child friendly variant available for all available types. A crib, playpen and high chair are standard in these villas. You will also find a wagon, stair gate on top of the stairs, protected wall outlets, washing machine/dryer combination, and the garden is enclosed. We enjoyed all the luxury in the cottage! Our daughters had the upper floor at their disposal and we slept downstairs. Nice that each had its own bathroom Okk the sauna and bubble bath was great! Wonderful to relax!

Park was fantastic, house was not clean, you pay 80 euros for final cleaning. On arrival you have to clean everything yourself. Have pictures of it! And then you have a departure info hanging on the door. If you see what you have to do then I wonder why I have to pay 80 euros for final cleaning You have to remove the beds I can understand that Cleaning the oven and gas stove Clean the farm, keep it up. I also passed this on to the park itself, they have cleaners very young people, a boy went in across the street from our hiis and sat on the couch, yes then I understand that you get a dirty house. Stay was fine. Cottage is beautiful and clean, location was very quiet by Corona but that is what we came for. Enjoyed the sauna and whirlpool. What was very disappointing is that the promised playstation was not available. When we reported this to the reception, the announcement was that all playstations have been removed because they were stolen in large numbers. This was also communicated to Belvilla in advance by the park. In all our communication regarding the rental, the playstation was still mentioned as usual, including the inventory list sent by Belvilla. Obviously, this was a big disappointment for the children. Reception referred us to Belvilla for further action: (but that was of no use to us at the time (yes, we were allowed to play mini golf for free, but the course was blank and it was not really to go mini golf again.

We weren't allowed to enter the property until 3pm. However, at 3pm the house was still being cleaned. We needed to wait nearly 30 min to enter. The house was as advertised but it felt smaller than pictures. Some windows did not have a netting on the window so we needed to deal with flies our entire stay. Overall, it was a decent stay as long as you adjust your expectations to upscale camping, not luxurious camping.

The arrival was very easy, understandable and uncomplicated.
The house was perfect for us 6 adults, a baby and two dogs.
We really enjoyed it there, the park is really beautiful and the facility, especially for families with children, is perfect. Lots of playgrounds, always something new, totally imaginative.
We also really enjoyed the swimming pool.
The house could have been a little cleaner, but that was ok. We cleaned up something.

The houses and everything there is to do in the park in combination with nice weather, which we also had is a must for every family with children, the many playgrounds, the nice swimming pool with slides and many organized children's activities, the delicious food in the restaurant, The fries that can be picked up at the park the complete supermarket etc etc

We had a great long Easter weekend on the Leistert. The indoor activities were closed, but we knew that. We did many things outside, such as cycling, walking, the new mini-golf and letting the kids play outside on their bikes and scates. The house itself was in very good condition. Everything clean, sauna used, good, but hard beds. All in all a great weekend away in these special times.

Beautiful garden with it and that was especially the nice weather in the week after Ascension heerlijk.Als I would have to call a minus is the wifi in the house. You can buy for 5 euros per day wifi, but that is for one device and can not be exchanged. Why not just a wifi for all devices? But, it is sometimes good not to want to be always online, then pick up more like a book or going to a game ...

We deliberately booked this park because the houses less than a year old (modern and clean). In real life, the houses still look better than the picture "s. Our model (7 persons) with hot tub and indoor sauna was wonderful. Unfortunately, the heating was broken and the temperature was 25 degrees or higher. It was the Reception known and we had only one window or door to. Even the installer had no solution (??). There were too many empty houses (for sale). We have been very well entertained. The park is well kept and the houses look pretty. The design of the park is spacious. This tropical paradise is delicious. However, there is very clear cut on the beds. These are small, offer no support and are given for plastic / plastic (which you exudes your bed). During the week of our stay my partner and I got more and more muscle pain / back pain. While we are not the patients. My tip is therefore replace those beds by something else / new. Every other bed can only be an improvement. Because of this I will not book again soon on this park. Too bad, because the park is really beautiful!

Beautiful and spacious park, super nice pool just a shame for the children that the hot tubs but very short bubble and that you then have to wait very long until it bubbles again. Beautiful house for 7 persons bungalow was however somewhat cramped room. I also missed quite a Senseo in the kitchen.

A lovely park with beautiful villas. There were many recreational opportunities in the park, where children can enjoy themselves. In- and outdoor playgrounds abound. Nice swimming pool and opportunities for bowling, mini golf and hiking are in the area. you can also rent bicycles and go-karts.Just go once.
