This is a splendid 2-bedroom holiday home in Stramproy. It's located in the middle of Kempen Broek nature reserve. It is ideal for a small family.
The region is great for walking and cycling. There are nature reserves such as Tungelerwallen and the heath of Stramproy nearby. You can take a trip to Roermond 25 km away and go shopping in the Outlet Centre. Maastricht, which is 43 km away, has charming little lanes and many restaurants. From here you can also go for a wonderful walk on the green and flowery Mount Saint Peter.
The home's large windows offer a great view of the outside and truly give you the sense of being surrounded by nature. There is a large garden with furniture where you can sit and enjoy a cup of tea or coffee while you admire the natural surroundings. You can get a high chair for €5/stay. You're allowed to bring 2 pet for €25/pet.
The airport is 27 km away.

Nice small-scale park on the edge of the forest. We were very kindly received by the owner with good explanation. There was no washing-up brush, which was a shame, but otherwise the house has everything you need and you can enjoy beautiful walks in the area. There is a restaurant at the park. Unfortunately we could not eat there due to corona measures, but we could get food there. Unfortunately there were no coffee filters available, but I could pick them up for free at the reception. Nice place to go with your dog (s), they will love it here! All in all, had a successful stay.

The accommodation is a small bungalow with a lovely covered terrace, surrounded by trees. There are a lot of birds. A warm welcome, you can order sandwiches at the reception. The park is car-free, you can go there for a while to load and unload. Beautiful environment

We were kindly received on arrival. The cottage was a little smaller than we had in mind but the veranda made everything right. Here we spent a lot of time until late in the evening, the cleaning was a little better, we cleaned the bathroom ourselves, a very pleasant smell. If you like peace and nature, you're really welcome here .

The arrival was nice. The house, however, freshly painted. The paint fumes unsustainable. Fortunately, the next day the Park Chef offer another solution - otherwise the break would have been over quickly. The reviews for House refer to the originally rented.

We had a great weekend in this house in this beautiful setting. Because the weather was fine, we were fine to enjoy the porch. In cold weather and lots of rain is inside a little small for four adults.

This linger outside, even the lawn around it. The present BBQ was fine. I.v.m the weather (cold and rain) and the present lake, there were lots of mosquitoes, a pity that the house has no mosquito. The area has plenty to do, even for (small) children. A must if you love nature and want to find the rest!

House was good, occasionally hang loose baseboards to ceiling, but we have also not bothered to. The information folder in the cottage is not up to date. We came to a rest from our busy daily work, there is a nice walking area available and you walk into Belgium. The restaurant at the park has plenty of choice and friendly staff, we have eaten with pleasure.

Paid €445.10 22/4-26/4 for a house in a beautiful location but that was it.
Old junk with pieces missing everywhere, rusted heating systems, laminate flooring with pieces missing and so on.
Upon entering, almost intoxicated by the chlorine smell. Turned out later to probably mask the smell in the bathroom. Toilet drain was sealed with duct tape. Toilet bowl was loose, urine etc leaked underneath which spilled onto the bathroom floor. We went home earlier because the hygiene was completely below zero. And a loose toilet bowl is life-threatening.

The park is beautifully situated, the surroundings very nice. The cottage is a different story. It was really too small for 4 people, so was the dining table. Very outdated, scraps to a low ceiling, single glass, the kitchen with all kinds of damage and poorly concealed pipelines, collected crockery, cutlery, furniture, dirty carpet in the bedroom, broken laminate in the living room and a far too large sofa in such a small space, for lack of space a cupboard was placed in the bedroom where the oven stood. The only thing that was good were the beds.

A beautiful and neat park with a hospitable and friendly reception. The accommodation house No. 15 is very dirty outside a dated interior. Dust everywhere, such as in the lamps in the bedroom, but also all other lamps, a very dirty pull cord in the bathroom, broken garden furniture on the terrace and so on As a homeowner you can do something about this very simply.... just regularly clean and invest part of the rent obtained back into the holiday home. Furthermore, a very beautiful area with many opportunities for walking and relaxing.
