This cozy cottage in the middle of a nature reserve near Leenderstrijp in North Brabant can be your holiday home! This fantastic location offers something for everyone: tranquility for nature lovers. Here you can spot deer and even families of (harmless) wild boars!On the ground floor of this nicely furnished holiday home you will find the comfortable living room and modern kitchen.

By bike you visit villages where time seems to have no hold. You can also take nice trips to De Malpie nature reserve, Dierenrijk children's zoo, Veldhoven Zoo, Wellness Resort SpaSense and Toverland Sevenum. From your house you can directly enter nature reserve Boswachterij Het Leenderbos. A wonderful place for a walk, for a nice bike ride or a covered wagon ride. The lively bustle of the big city can be reached in no time.

You can relax in the nice garden or enjoy a good barbecue on the covered terrace. This home is child-friendly and pet-friendly.

Arrival was good and the coffee was waiting for us.the arrival and explanation by the owners was top.inrichting very good and gezellig.Veel pluspunten in relation to a park.If you then also SUN, SNOW, ICEBAAN strikes what do you want then even more

We were warmly and very friendly received. The holiday home is very cozy and comfortable and tidy. It is located in a very quiet area, surrounded by horse pastures. We had a wonderful weekend with beautiful weather.

Last weekend with Ascension with 8 adults and 3 small children stayed. Partly by wonderful week we enjoyed these days. The house was clean and spacious enough. Only downside we found the low cooling space. Partly due to the group size and the beautiful (thirsty) weather, a more spacious cooling was nice. We enjoyed all the evenings of the present fire bowl. Since we went through the wood after 3 evenings, the next day we immediately brought new wood again. In the area there were nice things to do and therefore a great base for a nice weekend away.

Garden is small but has a nice view of horse pastures (except to the right of the house).

It is not mentioned that there are stables and barracks right next to the house and to the right behind the house.

Toilets and stairs make a lot of noise.

Stairs to the attic are dangerous.

House is not child-friendly because stairs to basement cannot be closed. Stairs to the upper floor and attic also do not have a safety gate for children. The level differences with steps are also dangerous for small children.

Kitchen is in very good order.

Too expensive.
