This modern country house is located just outside the built-up area of Leende in Brabant: an oasis of luxury and atmosphere. Young and old will enjoy themselves here. In addition to a richly equipped kitchen and attractive living room, this village house has a separate playroom on the ground floor. The home has a fully enclosed garden with lots of privacy has a covered terrace with an outdoor fireplace.
The home is located on an agricultural road with no through traffic, just outside the center of Leende. You are largely surrounded by meadows. The Leenderbos is a few minutes' drive away. You can take a trip to the De Malpie nature reserve, Dierenrijk children's zoo, the Veldhoven Zoo or Toverland Sevenum. Also visit the city of Eindhoven.
In the upstairs bathroom there is a relaxing sauna and a wonderful steam shower. All bedrooms are furnished with comfortable box-spring beds. In addition to play equipment, you will also find a real wood-fired sauna here.

Very nice and very beautiful house! Modern and stylishly decorated. With a lot of fun spent the weekend in the giant garden and eating 14th at the beautiful long tables. The wooded area was great for walking and exercising. Overall very successful holiday home! Disadvantage .... the flies, but good, you can not do that much!

On arrival the door was open, heating was on, the house was attractively illuminated. Overall pleasant arrival. Half an hour later the owner came by to provide the necessary explanations. The house is fine, all supplies are provided. The play is very fun for both young and old. If you walk out the door you're in the middle of nature. Definitely recommended for those seeking tranquility.

We immediately felt welcome, door was open and a little later we came hostess. Said if everything was to be desired and if she could do anything for us, of course everything was as desired. We really enjoyed nature and of course the quiet environment. Top stay.

What a fantastic villa. Everything on it. Nicely decorated, from top to bottom. There was everything. Nothing we lacked. A great view of the meadow with many horses. And then the environment. Peacefully quiet. Our entire family (11 people) was very satisfied and would like to stay much longer. A topper !!

We were very nice welcome. The accommodation was lovely. Enough space for children both inside and outside. We were very happy that the large pigsty that practically bordered the house was gone. So no stench and flyover! What is going to replace us was not entirely clear to us. Furthermore, there is much to do in the beautiful surroundings for children and adults.
