Cottage is fully equipped. They will renovate and refurbish as of 01-11-2021. So it only gets better.

Top house within walking distance of the beach, the boulevard and the center. Beautiful dune area around the corner and MTB track Schoorl 10 minutes by car. Have had a great week! thank you.

Perfect location, close to Egmond beach. Huisje could certainly use an update. Blinds in bedroom do not cover the entire window.

Clean, small summer house with nice details. Slightly clairaudient and therefore better suited for families. Parking in front of the door, great location with a few meters to the dunes park and beach. The only drawback would be that although a mirror in the bathroom is not a power outlet. Not so ideal for ladies.

Everything was as described. Especially great the location and the small fenced front garden for our Hund Bruno has been. We had a great time and will definitely come again. The only thing that was missing a bit, was a mirror. Otherwise everything great! Thank you! Fam. Brighter

Life is better @ the beach! Lovingly decorated, incredibly comfortable and incredibly fast on the beach and in the dunes ... family (4 people) + dog were overjoyed :-)

Helmgras II is a super home for up to 4 people. It is nicely decorated, super central location (3 min to the beach, 5 min to downtown!), And it's all there, what you need (even an oven). Little information for travelers - the house is a bit noisy - perhaps therefore more suitable for families than for adults. THANK YOU!

it is a super place and well laid out. What struck us is that the service is very large in relation to the table. There were some bugs that I have already discussed with the owner. Super nice that you two cottages with a large trampoline. Will definitely be back again.

On May 16, have 9:00 to 18:00 an excavator with transporters next door at H.v.d.Kolk - 2 m continue dug and driven away sand. We tried to escape, but it started to rain and we had to stop us all day at home, with all the noise! It has not informed us or apologizing, the owner could not be reached

There were missing some things in the kitchen. oa.schuimspaan, meat gravy spoon fork, cutting boards. The specifications also could have been something more. Do have a note left where I, foreigners have stated. What was good, the beds and beddengoed.Ook were the layout of the house is fine.

If you need to heat the house, there is a relatively large noise in the bedroom (even at night), since the heating starts there in a closet. sometimes this means several times waking up at night.
