We rent the ganse year durg, even in winter it is very is quiet with beautiful unobstructed view from the terrace over the tennis court. Terrace on south side.

Verbeleib is minimal two nights from.
In hoghsaison becoming the house only weekly (or Longer periods), from Saturday to Saturday, other arrival- or departure days are discussable.

Smoking in the apartment is not allowed. Egmond aan Zee is a quiet village in the dunes. Next to the sea, it is a paradise for sun worshipers, hikers and cyclists. Those who have visited in Egmond, always comes back.
For young and old, there is plenty of activities. The former fishing village is hospitable and pleasant. Stroll to the small shops, cafes and restaurants past the lighthouse and the boulevard and watch as the sun sinks into the sea. Explore the unique dune reserve in the area. Even in high season can be found on a walk or in the bike ride your peace.
Egmond aan Zee is known for its freely accessible wide beach. The sandy beach is one of the most beautiful in the Netherlands and together with the village a natural entity. The air is clear and the sun shines often.
