Furnishings carelessly, very sparse in the style of a youth hostel, kitchen inadequately equipped (4 large spoons!), 4 deep plates! ) etc., tiny bathroom with almost no storage space.

We felt we were in good hands and the landlord was very friendly. Everything worked very well, everything you needed on vacation was nearby. Apartment was very spacious, kitchen well equipped, everything was clean!

It is a very nice house in a great location near the beach and center of Egmond. We missed some extra coat hooks in the bedrooms. And there was no ventilation in the bathroom. For the rest had a great stay. The cottage is completely in a beach / sea atmosphere! Very cosy!

On arrival the landlord came from the neighboring house immediately and greeted my friend and me friendly. The introduction was almost straightforward. The cottage is small, has very little space for four people. There was a lack of cloths for rinsing and bathing facility cleaning, as well as a device for wiping up the laminate floor. We got a mop on demand. The light was for the evening cooking rather weak and there were two bulbs defective. The two pans were unusable with a completely scratched coating, the pots partly unclean. The environment is very nice, in the nearby dunes and on the beach is wonderful run, for humans and dog very relaxing. The place itself offers plenty of shopping.

Have felt very comfortable in d. Nice atmosphere in the house, although the children's room is somewhat spartan with 2 older bedsteads steel pipe, a small stool as a bedside table and a semi-high cabinet, in the bottom missing a drawer. That does not fit the other tasteful decor.

Us it is very good gefallen.Egmont in the apartment a pleasant tourist village on Meer.Man can do a lot zBsehr nice walk through the dunes or cycling, or lying on the beach and in the sea schwimmen.Die apartment is nice eingerichtet.Einziger deficiency the external view, which was determined on the construction site at the main house.

The Helmgras houses are highly recommended, especially the beach-front location at a fair price convinced us. Finally Frank, the friendly and uncomplicated landlord has contributed to a stressfeien holiday. Even our dog has felt very comfortable, thank you for allowing us to take him. We felt very comfortable, two adults and our dog sock. The house Helmgras 1 is a very nice summer house, we were met already with sunshine at breakfast and it was very quiet, although we our dog there were many possibilities on a side street and a tennis court lagen.Für off leash to run (on the beach) .We will certainly do it again there vacation.
