It is also conveniently located, just a short drive from Breda, where we explored several charming cafes. The outdoor space was nice, albeit a bit simple. Cleanliness was top-notch, and the hosts were helpful when we needed assistance. Good value for the space provided.

The housing, layout, and location are fine; however, we paid a lot for the cleaning, which was clearly very limited: sanitary okay, house full of crumbs, stairs and mats very dirty, please respond.

The park is wonderfully beautiful. Well assisted at the reception, friendly staff! The cottage is fine. But not clean upon arrival. Dishwasher does not function / or not well. But we had a very nice weekend. Regards, Sabinje Creemers

Ideal for large groups! We had plenty of space to spread out and the kitchen made meal preparation easy. Nearby attractions, like the beautiful Sint Jansbasiliek, were a nice bonus. A solid choice for a group getaway.

Our house was not clean. The dishwasher washed so dirty that we still had to wash by hand. Broken trash cans. Very bad cushions, etc. For the price of the house and then the high price for cleaning, it is really below standard. Too bad!!!

The park is child-friendly and fun. But the villa itself is very disappointing. A small kitchen (and oven) in an 18-person villa and very noisy. Furthermore, upon arrival, it was anything but clean. There were silverfish that were decomposing, spider webs (also between the toilet bowl and toilet seat, which makes you wonder how well the toilet was cleaned), and yellow crusted edges in the toilet. Additionally, there were many food remnants still on the plates in the cupboard.

The cleaning was also incomplete, with two dirty bathrooms and a dirty toilet. There was also no trash can on all bathrooms. It is not to be hoped that the previous tenants also had to pay Euro 240 for the final cleaning?! Finally, the house was not directly accessible by car, which is not exactly convenient for loading / unloading luggage and food for a group of 11 adults and 2 children. Perhaps a good idea to place a clear map of the park and the location of the houses or parking spaces on the website?

The reservation for bed linen made at Belvilla did not get through to the Roompot; this is particularly annoying if guests arrive earlier than the person who made the reservation.

Finally, the house was not directly accessible by car, which is not exactly convenient for loading / unloading luggage and food for a group of 11 adults and 2 children. Perhaps a good idea to place a clear map of the park and the location of the houses or parking spaces on the website?

Accommodation was cleaned very poorly. We had a fantastic weekend after we cleaned a few things ourselves. We were with several families and children, including 2 crawlers. Hair everywhere, in the wardrobes, strands hung from the carpet on the stairs. Weird, poo-colored stains on the urinal, etc. Our stupid mistake is that we only reported it the next day instead of immediately after checking in and unfortunately the cleaning crew had already gone home. It is a pity that you paid € 225 for the final cleaning, but that may not have gone well with the previous group. I myself can leave a very clean house for € 225 :-) Furthermore, the house was fantastic enough space and great environment.
