This spacious, detached and restyled villa is located at the wooded holiday park De Katjeskelder, not far from De Biesbosch National Park and yet only 10 km from the pleasant city of Breda.
The villa consists of three floors. On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious living room and well-equipped open plan kitchen, as well as two bedrooms with en-suite bathroom. On the first floor, you'll find five bedrooms and three bathrooms. There are another two bedrooms on the second floor. On the ground floor there also is a separate toilet.
All bedrooms have two single box-spring beds, some of which in a double set-up. Unless otherwise mentioned, the bathrooms feature a shower. Outside, you'll find a garden and a furnished terrace. There are two cots, two high chairs, stair gates and protect wall sockets. A storage room with washing machine and dryer complete the picture.
Outside, there is an unfenced garden with terrace and garden furniture. There is a parking in the vicinity of the villa.
At De Katjeskelder holiday park you can rent various accommodations for groups from four to twenty two people.
Due to maintenance work, the swimming pool at Holiday Park Katjeskelder is closed from Monday 6 to Sunday 19 January 2025.

De Katjeskelder is a quiet very child-friendly family park with many facilities like an indoor swimming pool, midget golf and various playgrounds. The park is situated in the forest area "De Vrachtelse Heide" and almost directly borders on the wide wood areas of the "Oosterheide" and the forestry "Dorst". There are many walking and cycling paths in these regions. The National Park De Biesbosch is only 7 km away from this park. With the various types of accommodation there is something for everyone. You will feel immediately at home in this park!
A very child-friendly family park with many facilities for young and old!
Reservations will not be accepted for groups or parties of people under the age of 22.
It’s not allowed for companies to make bookings for employees who will stay with other reason than recreation.
For groups of friends, young people and last-minute bookings, an additional deposit of €250.00 p.p. may be charged.
During the summer holidays and on special arrival days such as public holidays, an additional deposit of €250,- p.p. may be charged.
For arrivals on Mondays and Fridays, an additional deposit of €50,- p.p. can be charged.
Due to maintenance work, the swimming pool is closed midweek from Monday, November 29 to Friday, December 3.

We had a very nice, spacious house. Plenty of space, furniture and crockery ect. It could have been a little cleaner. The park is nice and there is plenty to do and sufficient facilities. It was a beautiful weekend.

Great house. After booking there were a lot of extra costs and a lot of deposit. This was very poorly and unclearly indicated when booking. We had booked bath, kitchen and linen, but did not receive it. Had to be arranged later.

Beautiful newly renovated accommodation. We were 11 people. I think it will be tight when you are 18 in the house. The kitten cellar is also a beautiful location. Nice houses and cozy park. Unfortunately no screens, so we hunt for mosquitoes. Had a great holiday.

All in all enjoyed a very successful long family weekend. It's just a pity that the house was considerably less sunny than previously predicted and depicted. The cleaning was also incomplete, with two dirty bathrooms and a dirty toilet. There was also no trash can on all bathrooms. It is not to be hoped that the previous tenants also had to pay Euro 240 for the final cleaning?! Finally, the house was not directly accessible by car, which is not exactly convenient for loading / unloading luggage and food for a group of 11 adults and 2 children. Perhaps a good idea to place a clear map of the park and the location of the houses or parking spaces on the website?

Accommodation was cleaned very poorly. We had a fantastic weekend after we cleaned a few things ourselves. We were with several families and children, including 2 crawlers. Hair everywhere, in the wardrobes, strands hung from the carpet on the stairs. Weird, poo-colored stains on the urinal, etc. Our stupid mistake is that we only reported it the next day instead of immediately after checking in and unfortunately the cleaning crew had already gone home. It is a pity that you paid € 225 for the final cleaning, but that may not have gone well with the previous group. I myself can leave a very clean house for € 225 :-) Furthermore, the house was fantastic enough space and great environment.

Apparently the communication between Belvilla and the holiday park in question (the Katjeskelder of De Roompot) is not going well. The reservation for bed linen made at Belvilla did not get through to the Roompot; this is particularly annoying if guests arrive earlier than the person who made the reservation.
