A second ground floor 4-pers. variant (NL-4511-22) also has two bedrooms, each with two single beds. There is one bathroom with shower. There is also a separate toilet.

Location and surroundings of object
The five-star Zeebad Holiday Park is within walking distance of the beach and the North Sea. It consists of three spacious bungalow parks: Fort Soleil, park Breskens and park Scheldeveste. The central park facilities are located at park Scheldeveste with a large tennis/sports hall, swimming pool. The location of the parks is an area of impressive natural beauty. Burgundian Belgium is nearby. All this makes the park the perfect place for an active beach holiday. You can enjoy some very interesting day trips in the area. There is a fishing museum in the town of Breskens. The walled towns of Aardenburg, Hulst and Sluis are well worth a visit. The historic, attractive towns of Ostend, Brugges and Knokke are just over the Belgian border. The area has all the ingredients for a successful holiday.
A holiday park with many facilities within walking distance of the beach and sea, in an area of natural beauty.
Reservations will not be accepted for groups or parties of people under the age of 22.
Groups, if not travelling as a family, will be charged 50 p.p. deposit.
In the spring and autumn season, not all park facilities are open at all times.
It’s not allowed for companies to make bookings for employees who will stay with other reason than recreation.
Vakantiepark Zeebad is under construction and in development by placing new lodges. You may experience inconvenience during your stay. There will also be little vegetation.
We would like to point out that a cot does not fit in the bedrooms. When you bring it, you can place it in the living room.
At holiday park Zeebad, from 20 December 2021 to 7 March 2022, hard work is being done on the central building, as a result of which the indoor facilities are not open. You can, however, use the facilities at Noordzee Résidence Cadzand-Bad and Beach Resort Nieuwvliet-Bad during your stay. We do everything we can to keep any inconvenience to a minimum.
We would like to draw your attention to the fact that in the period 08-11-2021 to April 1, 2022 and November 7, 2022 to January 9, 2023, the Koos Kids Club will be closed and there will be no recreation program.
In the period until March 26, 2021 and November 8, 2021 to April 1, 2022, the Koos Kids Club will be closed and there is no recreation program.
Due to maintenance work, the pool is closed from Monday 22 November untill Friday 26 November.

So far we have mostly stayed in holiday parks with an integrated water park because of the children. So we were more or less flabbergasted when we realized how beautiful, clean and new a holiday home can be. You two too! Bathrooms attached to the bedrooms were cleaned, in impeccable condition and blended seamlessly into the overall picture. As always, the location of the holiday home is a double-edged sword: we had about a 5-minute walk to the sea, but it was good 10 minutes to information/swimming pool. But since you were heading towards the sea much more often, we were very, very happy with the situation. Overall a rating 1 stay (with an asterisk) and we are already planning our next stay in the summer.

Unfortunately, we had to arrive earlier. The house was okay, but right behind it was a large construction site and the work started at 7 a.m. A recovery with sleep was not possible.

Very clean and quiet park. Go up the stairs and you are on the beach. Bread service was super arranged. Cottages were fully equipped and clean.

Me and my girlfriend are very satisfied with the houses that we have already booked (4 times) but we are not satisfied with 1 thing like this year I had not yet received a letter from Belvilla just 4 days before by telephone our number from us rental contract if I already received a text message that the house was canceled because they had not yet received payment (1 November also fell in between) as it was already from my account they must still give us time to pay, for the rest we are so far very satisfied with Belvilla and we had a very nice holiday,

Furthermore, great house. Everything clean. And new. We did miss a shop for groceries on site.

The accommodation was wonderful, everything was very neat, clean and new. As we learned, the house we stayed in was ready for Easter for the first time. You could tell that was a bit on the grounds, which are still very poorly planted. Our house was also just off the main street so one of the bedrooms was a bit noisy.
