This villa is a whole vibe! Spacious and super modern with a fantastic sauna to relax after a long day at the beach. Within walking distance of Nieuwvliet Bad beach, perfect for some beach photos. Moreover, the WiFi is strong, so streaming and posting is a piece of cake. 10/10 highly recommend.

The kitchen was well-equipped and we enjoyed cooking together. Moreover, it was great to be so close to the beach of Nieuwvliet Bad for morning walks. I just wish there were more dining options nearby, but overall a great stay!

This villa is an excellent choice for larger groups. We had enough space with seven bedrooms, and the living room was comfortable for our evenings together. The infrared sauna was a nice detail, especially after a long day exploring the beautiful beaches nearby. Although the construction around the resort was a bit distracting, it did not detract from our pleasant stay. A short drive to Cadzand Bad Beach made it easy for us to go to the beach. A solid place for a family vacation.

The cottage was reasonably clean. Coffee stains and other dirt were still on the kitchen cabinets. The rinse arms in the dishwasher were full of limescale, which meant that the dishes were not cleaned and the racks in it are also not that great anymore, which means that you can't put all the plates on them. The beds on the other hand are great. It's a shame that the swimming pool closes at 8 p.m. There is only 1 volleyball court at the very back of the park and we didn't see any other sports fields. All in all, we had a great time.

From day 1 started the house very badly cleaned, they have solved this neatly, day 2 power failure, 2 toilets and 1 shower can not use the entire holiday. 2 days no tv no wifi. As a comepentation we have received a discount voucher from 700 euros. Let's hope you don't have any defects with the next booking

It was dirty. Half of the beach was in the couch, rags in the toilet. Clouds with dust near the beds. Chewed gum between the duvet. The oven often faltered, so we couldn't use it. Glasses weren't clean either! After calling the reception about cleaning, it took a few more hours for a few cleaners to arrive (we had already cleaned it ourselves), these people spoke poor English and could not properly explain what was wrong. The cabin was beautiful, but the cleaning horrible !!

Beautiful spacious villa, but poorly cleaned floor stuck, 1 of the two fridges was not clean, outside on the terrace was glass shards the cutlery was far from complete at the top was in one of the doors a dent there was another joint above a bottle of drink and a cigarette butt.Ask myself wondering where you pay the cleaning costs for.Verder no complaints and had a nice week🙂

Accommodation was beautiful. The noise from the extraction system in the bedroom is extremely annoying. Could not be turned off either. Was a damper on the night's sleep.

We were able to check in at 3 pm. House was not cleaned. Laundry was still there and beds not made. After calling 1 girl came to clean. 1 person at a quarter to 4 for a house of 16 people ??? She was finished 45 minutes later. So you can guess that it can never be very good. (2 others have made the beds in the meantime) when asked why it was not ready. They were short of staff and she had several houses after us. The management was therefore aware of this. No apologies or anything, just pretend your nose is blood. Not a nice start of the holiday, to wait with 14 men until you can enter because they have not arranged it properly. Friday you have to check out at 10am, quite early. We have therefore postponed this to 12 o'clock. We just caught up with Monday's time. Now of course they came to the door early. Bad luck for them.

The arrival was downright bad. We arrived at 3:15 pm, and the house was not yet clean. Dirty cloths lay on the counter, not really confidence inspiring. When we returned at 4.15 pm it was not yet clean; other cleaners who were called in confirmed this and also started work. When we checked at 5 pm it was still not clean (stuff from the previous residents under the beds and still a lot of dust). It was said that a brush was missing from the vacuum cleaner but nothing was done about it We went in at 5:45 pm although still not fully satisfied. So we waited almost three hours with 7 children under the age of 8. The accommodation is beautiful; living room, bedrooms and garden are spacious. Only the kitchen is not designed for 16 people with 5 gas burners and a small dishwasher. The environment is fantastic! You walk through nice bridges in the drowned black polder to the beach.
