The property and the house were very beautiful. However, upon closer inspection, it was not particularly well cleaned and maintained; there were cobwebs and mosquitoes everywhere in the corners, etc. The furniture and shutters were also full. The furniture had several stains and scratches... The seating was unfortunately not very comfortable for relaxing. In our house, the outside door of the storage room could not be locked, which was bad. Unfortunately, the house heats up very quickly at slightly elevated temperatures; an air conditioning unit would be necessary here, as we could not leave our dog in the house in the sun. On hot days, the heat remained in the house until the evening, and the windows could only be tilted, making proper ventilation impossible. All in all, the location was nice and the house has potential; however, in terms of cleanliness, maintenance, and furnishings, there is still a lot of room for improvement.

Beautifully laid out small-scale holiday park. Enough to do in the area to fill 10 days. A few critical points. Upon arrival, the accommodation was reasonably clean. It could have been cleaner for us. The kitchen showed signs of the previous holidaymakers (fridge, outside of kitchen cabinets with sauce) and the toilet and shower could have been cleaner. Additionally, there were many dust particles, cobwebs, and ant nests in the cottage. The outdoor umbrella was unfortunately broken. The toilet splashes quite a bit of (dirty) water when flushing. The high windows in the living room cannot be darkened against the sun, which can make the house very warm. Additionally, butterflies and dragonflies fly in and cannot find their way out because the high windows cannot be darkened. Unfortunately, you can sweep them up the next morning. The garden is full of duck and bird droppings, so walking or sitting on the grass is not an option. The same goes for the deck. Because it is a bird-rich holiday park, there is little to do here. The windows in the bedroom can only be opened a little, unfortunately. The floor in the entire bathroom gets very wet during showering. The ventilation in the shower does not work. The fabric (fake leather) of the chairs in the kitchen was already quite damaged. The code lock on the front door does not always work, which means you sometimes have to try 6 times. And then the sheets on the beds (always at Roompot), you can remake every day because they are sheets without an elastic band, so they stay on the mattress. These are a few critical points that I believe can and should be different, considering the price of this holiday home. All in all, we had a very nice holiday. Perhaps you are not allowed to have high expectations for a holiday home anymore? In high summer, we would not like to sit here because of the warm little house, but in spring or autumn, it is a nice place to spend a holiday. Hopefully, the critical points will be taken seriously so that other holidaymakers do not experience any inconvenience here.

We got a little house that was different from the photos. We had a reed forest 3 meters high as a view and no garden by the water as described. That was really disappointing. Also, for the dogs, there was no garden, just a wooden terrace. Very disappointing indeed.

The facility was great! Location great. One thing that surprised us, the house wasn't clean enough unfortunately. We paid €95 for final cleaning but it didn't look fresh upon arrival. Dust, spider webs,.....We made the most of it and enjoyed the great location and spaciousness.

We booked a Water Villa in Kamperland in October 2021. The house is super beautiful and modern. We had a party breakfast delivered, it tasted very good. Everything was there, (cheese, ham, egg, jam, fruit, etc.) We will definitely be back.

Nice house. It is a pity that there is very little kitchen linen, so you often have to wash. The dishwasher is not working properly (dishes don't come out clean) and the drying rack is broken. The cottage is located in a very quiet area, exactly what we were looking for and we have a beautiful view!

Nach einer Absage der Unterkunft 1 Tag vor Anreise von belvilla war es schon chaotisch und anstrengend. Bei belvilla war keiner tel. zu erreichen, auch der ASP bei hotels.com konnte hier keinen erreichen. ich musste mich hierzu direkt an die Rufnr. von hotels.com wenden Nach einigen Telefonaten, bzw. auch Rückrufen wurde eine adäquate Unterkunft angeboten. Die Umbuchung dauerte auch etwas länger, da das System bei hotels.com nicht mitgespielt hatte. ich hatte schon die Bedenken, dass uns bei Ankunft unser Name nicht bekannt sei und wir im Auto Übernachten müssen. Die Unterkunft war 17 km von der ursprünglichen entfernt. (Renesse gebucht - in Kamperland gelandet). die dortige Unterkunft war aber klasse und hat im Nachhinein Einiges an Stress weggemacht. Auch war es für uns eine rel. unbekannte Region und wir konnten somit vieles Neuer erkunden. Fazit: letztendlich ein gelungener Urlaub mit anfänglichen Strapazen Von Belvilla bin ich schon enttäuscht, jedoch eine sehr nette Frau von hotels.com hat mir dann sehr gut weitergeholfen

Family with 2 teenagers. We were in the quiet Water Village in a 4 person house, which was fully equipped. The house is modern and tastefully decorated. It was clean and the beds were made. Beds are box springs and are firm. The 2 bathrooms are also ideal. We had a problem and the technical service found a solution the same day! Super! Despite the fact that the swimming pool and other facilities in the park and in the area were not open (due to covid), we were able to enjoy ourselves in the area. Nice towns and beaches are close by and definitely worth a visit. In short; for us a place to come back.
