This detached 8-persons holiday home is located at only 2 minutes walking distance from Roompot beach. The nordzeestrand is in direct cycling distance.
From the living room you have a beautiful view of the oosterschelde and the marina. There are several cosy sitting areas. Both indoors and outdoors. The large winter garden at the back as well as the sun terrace at the top.
You can enjoy the outdoor feeling all day long, whatever the weather.

Beach house zeeland is really one of the most beautiful houses in the harbour of Roompot beach resort
It has never been rented out to tourists. Because it is a private house, it is also equipped like a private house.
Everything is there. The most beautiful thing is the sun terrace and the winter garden. This can be completely closed in bad weather or in the summer evenings it can also be completely open. So you can enjoy the whole year round.
It is situated on one of the last dog beaches of zeeland. The house has a dog friendly staircase. We have a dog ourselves and had it specially made...
Roompot beach resort is a 5 star holiday resort directly on the beach. It has an indoor swimming pool and many playgrounds
