I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was despite being near some roads. It allowed me to get my work done without distractions. Wi-Fi connection was stable too, which helped during my stay.

Although it was not particularly luxurious, the practical layout suited our family well, and the quiet conditions made it a relaxing stay. A little noisy at times due to the nearby street, but overall a great place to stay. The interior was beautifully decorated and we enjoyed our time there.

house looked nice little trouble with the renovation. a number of things can very simply provide more convenience e.g. cupboard doors both opening from each other. faucet sink shower further forward so you can really wash your hands under it shower was very cheap further tiling etc. fine. a pity that no underfloor heating has been installed in these relatively new houses, there were three dishwasher tablets (good idea) but with a stay of 6 days, which was little.bedding was partly missing (closed after 5 hours reception) emergency number for technical problems. (Fortunately, this gentleman has helped us a lot) in towel scuffs in bedding squared. An inventory list was missing while you sign for a maximum of 200 euros in damage that can be taken from your account (once) in the event of damage. very dirty pans dishwasher also very dirty many stains on the table wall etc. Gas stove was unsafe due to the many food residues under the pips. house to clean yourself. Suggestion to management go live in it for a weekend write down all the inconveniences and change them in the existing houses and in the house under construction change it immediately. what I really miss is an outlet at the veranda outside for eg charging bicycles. now that had to be done with a cable through the patio door.
