The space
Our cozy accommodation offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. The large garden with lots of privacy is the perfect place to relax. Let your muscles unwind in the hot tub under the starry sky or nestle into the hammock with a good book – pure relaxation guaranteed! An ideal place to enjoy peace, nature, and comfort together with family or friends.

Living room
The cozy living room is furnished with warm, natural materials that create a sense of calm and relaxation. Enjoy TV channels in multiple languages via the smart TV. Of course, you can also make use of the free Wi-Fi.
Kitchen
Fully equipped kitchen for your convenience! In our kitchen you will find everything you need to prepare a delicious meal. The kitchen is equipped with new cookware and pans and contains all the basic necessities such as herbs, oil, salt, pepper, sugar, and coffee creamer – so you won’t miss a thing!
Cooking is effortless on the well-functioning 4-burner electric stove and the oven/microwave offers extra convenience for heating up or baking your favorite dishes. For a warm start to the day, there is a kettle ready for tea, and for coffee lovers there is a Nespresso machine with plenty of cozy coffee cups – perfect for that ultimate holiday feeling! ☕❤️
Bedroom 1
The large bedroom is equipped with a 160 x 200 bed with a medium-firm mattress. The room can be completely darkened with the blackout roller blind. The birds will wake you up pleasantly in the morning. There is a closet to unpack your things from your suitcase. Bedroom 2
Our Cozy Tiny bedroom has two single beds of 80x200 with medium-firm mattresses. The room is darkened with a roller blind.
Bathroom
Our tiny bathroom is equipped with a toilet and walk-in shower. There is toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel, a hairdryer, and nice soft (hotel) towels available.
Garden
The garden offers the perfect balance between sun and shade, with a nice spot to relax at any time of the day. Enjoy the sun or seek shade under the trees, at the cozy stay, or beneath the shade cloth. The garden is not yet fenced, which creates an open and free feeling.
You can enjoy eating outside at the picnic table, experience a moment of pure relaxation in the hammock, or treat yourself in the (wood-fired) hot tub. An ideal place to enjoy nature and completely unwind!
Pets
We love animals, so loyal four-legged friends are allowed here. Other things to pay attention to
Check-in times are between 3:00 PM and 10:00 PM; check-in is via a key box, which you will receive a few days before arrival.
Labor migrants and permanent residence are not allowed here.
Access for guests
You can enter our Cozy Stay on the days of your stay using the front door key. You will receive a personal code well before the start of your stay, which gives you access to the key box. It is possible to park 1 car at the house. There is no reception or barrier, the park is freely accessible.
Other things to note
We think it is important that everyone has a clean cottage upon arrival, so you can fully enjoy your days away.
The cottage is therefore professionally cleaned after every guest, regardless of how long it has been rented.
The hot tub is also thoroughly cleaned during the cleaning for the arrival of new guests. The beds are also made for all guests, and there is a towel package for each guest, consisting of two towels per person. In the bathroom, shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner are provided.
We charge €109 per booking for cleaning, bed linen/towels, use of shower products, and preparing the house and hot tub (1,800 liters included per stay), excluding tourist tax.
Firewood is not included in the price. This can be obtained in the nearby area. A few days before arrival you will receive a link to an instruction guide containing all important information regarding the house and surroundings. You will also find instructions for heating the hot tub and user manuals for the various equipment here.
