There are three basic types of these nice, stone bungalows, namely for 4 persons (NL-3781-33), 6 persons (NL-3781-34) and 8 persons (NL-3781-35). These semi-detached accommodations are all furnished in a comfortable way and fitted with all modern amenities. This type of semi-detached bungalow is responsible for the great success of this holiday park. That's because the sound-proof separation wall can be removed. This way you'll get a wonderful group accommodation with for example a double kitchen and a very spacious dining/living space. Depending on the combinations, you can also choose for a 10-person (NL-3781-36), 14-person (NL-3781-37) and 16-person (NL-3781-38) home. Each type features a garden and a terrace with garden furniture.

At holiday park de Boshoek, we will do anything to give all of our guests a great time; for everyone and during the entire year. The many, diverse facilities are the best example of this. For the children there are plenty of possibilities: lots of playgrounds and a great animation team during the school holidays. Want to do something nice with the whole family? You don't even need to leave the park! Take a dive in the indoor or outdoor swimming pool, go bowling or enjoy one of the sports fields. It's also important to relax during your stay. This holiday park knows that like no other. There are wellness facilities and you can enjoy a great bite to eat in the cafeteria or the restaurant.
The Veluwe is the largest contiguous nature reserve of Europe. And holiday park de Boshoek is located right next to it! A world full of beautiful hiking and cycling routes through the varied landscape, literally right at your doorstep. For your convenience, you can rent bicycles at de Boshoek. Thanks to the central location of the pleasant village of Voorthuizen (where you'll find the park), this is a very popular spot to use a base. The medieval character of the city centre of Amersfoort and of course the nearby Amersfoort Zoo (approx. 22 km) are certainly worth a visit. Trips to Harderwijk with its Dolfinarium (approx. 25 km) and Apeldoorn with Julianatoren and the Apenheul (approx. 31 km) should not be missed either.

The accommodation was quite outdated and not too big. Our 16 person house was doable, because half of the group consisted of children. With 16 adults it wouldn't really fit. Value for money not really good. The pool was great.

Environment is great, accommodation is too tight for 14a16 people. We have been in much more spacious houses for less money and we all had our own bathroom and toilet. House was otherwise clean but compared to what we are used to for less money I would not recommend this to a group.

Accommodation was very small for 16 people. There were renovations done regarding interior but the bathrooms were very outdated, lots of mold on the wall. No possibility to ventilate in the toilet or bathroom. The shower wall was too small so that the bathroom floor became very wet while showering, there was no possibility to drain this water through a well.

We had a wonderful stay at Recreation Park de Boshoek. The facilities for children are fantastic and are centrally located to the property. Ideal if you have children who need to sleep in the afternoon. Then the rest can continue playing. The playing fields have just been laid out and look neat. The pool is well closed with a fence so that small children can run around the playing fields. We stayed in a bungalow, but it was far too small for the number of people indicated (16 people, while 8 people is realistic if you still want comfort). Fortunately the weather was nice and we spent most of our time outside. The cottage was clean and the beds were good. Had a great weekend and definitely recommended!
