The single floor and adjoining bungalows are spread over the park. The accommodations are all comfortable and furnished with care, and equipped with a DVD player and wireless internet (for a fee). You have the choice of various types, namely a 4+2 pers. (NL-3775-04, suitable for 4 adults and 2 children) and 4 person types (NL-3775-05, equipped with bunk beds, and NL-3775-06. This variant is more spacious and has only single beds). You also have the choice of a 2 person. type (NL-3775-09) and a 4-pers. type (NL-3775-10), this 4pers accommodation has a room specially equipped as a baby room. Incidentally, there is a child-friendly type (NL-3775-11) for 4. persons, this accommodation is equipped with a cot, high chair and box, changing mat and bouncer. One of the bedrooms is equipped with a children's bunk bed and children's toys. Finally, you can still choose from a luxury 6 person. bungalow with sauna (NL-3775-12). Each bungalow has its own terrace with garden furniture and plenty of privacy.

Through its location on the edge of the Kootwijkerzand (the largest drift dune area in Western Europe), holiday park de Berkenhorst is ideal for walking and cycling enthusiasts. A beautiful location for taking trips through the extensive forests and beautiful heaths. The park is also very suitable as a base for excursions to the Apenheul in Apeldoorn (approx. 10 km), Het Loo Palace (approx. 13 km), the Krüller-Möller Museum in Otterlo (about 20 km) or the Dolfinarium in Harderwijk (approx. 25 km away). The car-free park has many nice facilities, such as sports options, play equipment for the children, etc. Holiday Park de Berkenhorst is highly recommended for every age.
The holiday park de Berkenhorst is located in the beautiful surroundings of the Veluwe. This park has many facilities suitable for young and old, including a covered swimming pool.
From 7 July to 2 September there is entertainment for young and old.
If your pet is not requested, access to the park and the booked accommodation can be refused upon arrival. Please contact our customer contact center for this.
Reservations made by companies for their own employees are always on request. If the reservation is approved then the following rules will be applied: a maximum of 1 employee per bedroom, every two weeks an extra final cleaning is calculated, every two weeks new bed linen is calculated.
Holiday park de Berkenhorst is a car-free park. You must park your car in the central parking lot.

We had a nice holiday, the people at the park were friendly.The house reasonably clean, smelled nice fris.De setting was beautiful.

The park is known to us, it is quiet and beautiful location in the Veluwe. The cottage was clean and after finishing the cleaning crew was still ask if everything was okay.

The cabin was grossly dirty. A spray can and a cloth are not enough, some parts of the house had not been cleaned in a long time. We have passed this complaint on right and on departure We pay an extra 65 euros for the cleaning costs. Then you also expect a clean house. Park pool, restaurant environment staff: more than fine

The cottage was okay, not more than that. Lovely to sauna in the house! But old-fashioned decor and the walls were just desperate need of maintenance. The pillows were downright awful! Plenty of dishes available. free wifi could only be turned on four devices simultaneously and in a 6 person house! The shop asked for nothing! and was more closed than open, and on weekends! Delicious that the cat could come, which has had more than his sentence.

Of course, out of season, so quiet (no children) but a lovely park, friendly staff and the cabin lacked nothing. Excellent location right on the Kootwijkerzand. Food in the restaurant was otherwise fine.

It was wonderful to stay with the kids in the house with sauna. Even with some bad weather, this was the perfect base. Delicious fresh warm croissants and chocolate buns in the morning. Recommended!
