This holiday home is close to the beach in Koudekerke, Zealand. Featuring 4 bedrooms that can accommodate 8. This child friendly abode is perched within a park like area with a garden and terrace.

The booking has been very easy and transparent so far, the further correspondence then goes on of course completely in Dutch, which you can do with the Google Translator,

A very complete and comfortable house, only eight people is one toilet which is also contained in the shower too little.

Not all sockets were protected on the upper floor. This is a house which is said to be child-friendly not really convenient. Furthermore, the railing was loose.

Very nice reception, clear explanation. Very nice location, nice sunny living room. Very nice the color yellow in the house. We were 5 people, 2 small children who could sleep downstairs and 3 elderly people who could sleep upstairs. That was nice because the stairs to the top is unsafe for very small children. Sit in the sun in the garden, but also shade if desired. Quiet park. Fine the bikes and absolute bonus is the beach house. What a pleasure.

Close to the sea. Still far away from any densely built tourist centers or apartments. You have enough privacy. From time to time pedestrians walk along the path that runs along the house (for pizza lovers there is no oven, but the grill microwave does it reasonably well.) The shower is extremely large ... for the elderly or disabled good The house is strategically located between many beautiful cities (Ghent / Bruges / Antwerp etc.)

Lovely house, great location near the dunes and the beach. The reception was extremely friendly. What is useful to know is that three people can sleep downstairs and the rest above. Upstairs you go with a fairly steep staircase. We enjoyed!

The house is very cozy and wonderfully located close to a beautiful beach and beautiful dunes. Fireplace and firewood are available and also good bicycles (inkl.Kindersitz)

there was adjusted a vital heat control on movement, then in winter the temperature of 15 degrees too cold, it will take long before it is warmed up, when you wake up and it's freezing outside. you moests "moving in the morning a lot along the slider to get warm.

Cozy house, good friendly welcome, a lot of inventory. Neat and clean. Beds were good. Ideally located close to the sea. A small minus is that there is only one toilet, which is still in the bathroom. And 8 people. And the stairs are narrow and quite steep. But we had a very nice weekend.

We had to pay € 8.50 per day for energy. That is nothing compared to the real costs and tends to be disguised rent. Conserving energy is not stimulated in this way .....

Very nice atmosphere, very quiet, comfort, limited use with young children (steep stair), very good quality, oven missing (microwave with grill only moderate replacement), small storage options in the rooms (small closets or no closet). If possible full use with 8 people only 1 toilet in the bathroom is too little. Very nice environment, close to beach, unusually high Naturdüne, shopping on site, other supermarkets not far. Were a group of 6 adults for an active walking (and gezelligheids) weekend.Fantastisch house with all modern amenities, conveniently located just behind the dunes, quiet and friendly park. Come definitely come back.

House small but perfectly formed. We have 7 adults also survived that there was only one toilet in a bathroom. Adventurous was the "stairs" up to the upper floor, rather ladder to the attic, not for the fainthearted and the elderly! Environment class. Thank you for everything! Ulrike Weber

For two people ideally, to a maximum of 4 persons okay, but eight people ??? For two of us it was a great week, the location is terrific, good to very good quality, but we were happy with our own bikes! The bedroom was very small and cramped and only one toilet in a house of this size is not really!

It is a park with houses but also a forest. Because of the variation in house feels not like a holiday. From the front door you look straight into the pastures, and within ten minutes you are on top of the dunes. A lovely place. The cottage is well equipped, lots of equipment, utensils, pots of all kinds. In the living / dining room is very light through the skylights, difficult to see the photo of the front. In the barn there are two relatively new bicycles with bags and maps of the region. Friendly welcome, nice clean, heat well. And all a fifteen minute bike ride from Flushing Centre. I see us still come back again.

Beds in the "master bedroom", ground floor room not comfortabel.De small difficulty lopen.Matrassen along the bed need to be replaced, you roll to the middle and it creaks. 8 people is the cramped given the sanitation. For the elderly, the stairs are too steep and narrow. Location house perfect. it was still a nice holiday!
