This tasteful holiday home for 8 people is in one of the most beautiful spots in Bergen aan Zee. Surrounded by dunes, heath grass, and beach pavilions, guests are guaranteed to have a wonderful beach holiday.
It consists of 2 comfortable apartments, both furnished as a complete holiday apartment. The combination makes it possible to travel with two families. Guests will have a spacious terrace with lounge area and two parking spaces in the front at their disposal.
The pleasant living rooms are decorated with care and offer endless possibilities for dining or playing games.
From the holiday home, it's just a few steps to the excellent wide sandy beach. Here guests will find a diverse range of beach pavilions where they can enjoy a snack and a drink. Surf lessons are offered here in the summer.
On rainy days, guests can visit the Sea Aquarium, located directly on the main beach entrance.
For reasons of tranquility, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters.

The house has the look and construction details of Piet Boon. That's the only attractive thing. Inside is nothing like you would expect in a holiday home. Nothing functions. The list is too long to mention. Advice: immediately remove the project from the rental.

Unfortunately, the house is anything but a luxury object. The facility and the sanitary facilities are worn and totally shabby. Here money is only extracted but no longer invested. Windows, for example, in the bedroom can no longer be opened, rusted-through chairs on the balcony, the couch is ready, etc. You pay a high final cleaning fee, but when we came we had the damp towels from the guests hanging in front of us ... That, really good is the location.

We had a wonderful week in the beach house, fantastic right on the beach, nice terrace at the house. Really great. I would do something about the shower downstairs. I also find it strange that the water drainage is not running properly (lots of water outside the shower tray) and that the guests are held responsible for the damage to the laminate. I also missed a broom and dustpan and dustpan. Especially with all the sand that enters the house. Fortunately, there was a vacuum cleaner.

All in all, we found the house in a habitable condition. Everything that was necessary was available or worked (batteries of the remote control for a receiver are empty, unfortunately I forgot to leave a message). Much of the outer skin needs an urgent renovation so that the windows can all be opened again. B. The furniture is getting old and I would have replaced many a chair. The entire inventory looks very "thrown together" and some closet doors are either no longer there or are hanging in such a way that they should not be used. The same applies to the shower door above, there is no reasonable possibility to use the shower below without putting the bathroom under water. Some things reminded me of our old mobile home :-) The water heating takes some getting used to, but that could also be up to us. Instantaneous water heaters have their quirks, especially when water is drawn from several places and someone is in the shower. All in all, the price can only be justified by the location - it is (almost) unbeatable. You go out to the front door and are 100 meters further on the beach, past 2 restaurants and directly between 2 beach pavilions. The keys are handed over contactlessly. The communication with the landlady was very nice and I am sure that if we had had fundamental problems we would have been helped.

Photos do not match reality. They are two separate apartments, where you end up at the other apartment from the outside. Which is in good need of a renovation. Upon arrival, all crockery was super dirty with lipstick and leftover food. The apartment also smelled quite a bit and the 4x single beds, like children's beds, were not intended for adults. Tried to contact the landlord on arrival, but unfortunately he could not be reached. With a price of 1100 named beach villa, this was a serious disappointment.
