We are very disappointed with this stay and have complained to Belvilla, since the shortcomings in this apartment have been concealed and a price that is too high for this really run-down holiday property is not justified! The bathroom is too small, there is no shower partition so the bathroom is wet and dangerous to slip! the windows cannot be opened, since the window olives are broken off, the kitchen does not have a dishwasher because it is so small that only one person can stay, the dishes are thrown together and incomplete, everything is very loveless and poorly maintained! the location right by the sea could be so nice, but the outdoor furniture is now probably only for the bulky waste, nothing else to use! we are very disappointed and will probably not book with Belvilla again!!!!

Unfortunately, this apartment was one of the worst we have ever lived in Bergen or Bergen an Zee. The dining-living area was nice, but that's where it ended. Only one person could stay in the kitchen - there is also no dishwasher here. It was good that in the end only 2 of us arrived, 4 adults is not possible. In the bathroom you could only move in and out, the shower without a proper separation was an absolute no-go. We were constantly mopping. A toilet brush you didn't even want to touch with rubber gloves! The bedroom with the 2 separate beds - there you can accommodate the highest children but no young people or adults. This is the hint for all who want to use it in this way. The house og Wunder is also for public sale, certainly a great location, but a lot has to be done and that has certainly not happened for this reason lately. Unfortunately, a lot of money for bad quality!

The location is almost perfect, just a few steps to the beach, the only thing that bothers you is the ventilation system fan from the restaurant next door. The apartment is in dire need of renovation. Toilet flush defective, bedroom window cannot be opened because there is no key. Since today the terrace door can no longer be locked. The friendly lady from housekeeping called in a handyman this morning, who won't come until 3:30 p.m.? so that unfortunately we can't leave the house all day. I'm curious if Belvilla offers compensation.

The first impression and the location of the property was fantastic. Unfortunately, the condition of the accommodation is getting a bit dated and has clouded the vacation. If you had a shower, the whole bathroom was under water because there was no reasonable separation. The toilet was very shaky. One was constantly afraid that it would break. Many parts were rusted. The handle on the window was broken. The blinds in the master bedroom could not be adjusted and hung down to the floor. To open the window, you had to reach through the blinds, almost impossible without breaking something. It was not possible to open it completely. The window in the kitchen would not open at all. When we tried to use the remote control of the satellite receiver, it did not work. After we had spoken to the nice emergency call service, the recommendation came that we should buy new batteries, which we found a bit outrageous. We're still waiting for a promised call back today. We still rated the holiday as appropriate as the weather, the location of the property and the location made up for everything. However, we would not book this accommodation a second time.

Price and performance are not right. We were on the ground floor for 10 days. The location of the apartment is great. But: too small kitchen - too small bathroom - shower without a curtain - rusty toilet brush - broken window handle in the bathroom - defective heating in the hallway (cannot be turned off) - not very clean apartment when moving into (a lot of dog hair on the upholstery, slats of the shading for weeks not cleaned, plant in the living room half dried out with lice and mushrooms) - cabinet door in the living room defective (fell out when opening) - window in the kitchen could not be tilted. At the high price, I expect a little more care for the apartment. I am certainly not sensitive and do not otherwise write reviews, but this time it was necessary. Perhaps something will now be invested in the apartment with its really beautiful location.

If we owned this house, we would be very dissatisfied with the manager. There is overdue maintenance. Too limited cutlery and bad pans. No dishwasher, washing machine. Cupboard in room, door is loose. 4 lamps piece. Shower cannot be closed, so toilet and floor are wet. Broken button from window in bathroom. Toilet brush set rusted. Broken windowsill in bedroom window. Outside there are broken chairs making it look like a junk shop. It's not clean. Toilet is so caked that it cannot be cleaned normally. The location is beautiful, but that is all about it. It is not a Belvilla worthy holiday home. Herman van Wissen

simple house, few amenities. Small bathroom, everything actually concise. Location is good, that makes up for a lot, which will explain the price. 3 nights for almost 1000 euros I think a lot of money for what was offered.

The apartment is very well located, the beach is only 1 minute and in the side street is hardly any traffic. In the high season there is everything you need in Bergen aan Zee, for larger purchases we went to Bergen Binnen or Egmond. The size is for 4 people very good enough, the decor was nice. The equipment is great, nothing was missing. It would be perfect if a drying rack and a hand brush were ready. On arrival and departure we were flexible through the key box and did not have to go to another address to pick up / drop the key. The only drawback for me was the cleanliness. It was superficially cleaned everything, but behind and under the couch and the beds we found dog hair and other traces of the predecessors.

The accommodation was as described very clean and tidy with the most necessary equipped what the kitchen etc. Betraff everything is available. The care for problems was very good.
