The studio is located on the first floor and can be accessed via a common hall. The studio is furnished with love and care, and therefore equipped with all comforts. The studio has a living / sleeping area and a large separate bathroom with bathtub and shower. Quiet location and yet almost on the beach. Kitchenette with 2-plate induction cooktop, all necessary kitchen utensils, dining table, box spring bed (180x200), TV, large bathroom with bathtub and shower. In front of the house, there is a small terrace with a table and 2 chairs. As an extra, you can park for free and there is a covered bike rack with a charging point on enclosed premises.
Next to Summertime 3 is the holiday apartment Summertime 2 (2 people). Both apartments can be accessed via a communal hall in the main house. Summertime 1 has its own entrance to the right of the house.
