These luxurious,spacious, detached villas are in a separate part of the quiet and small holiday village 't Hoogelandt. The villas (280 m2 floor space ) are located on spacious plots of 725 to 1750 m2 .
The decor is modern, stylish and trendy. So, you will find a luxurious and fully-equipped kitchen with cooking island, a long dining table for the entire company and a spacious living room with flat screen TV and a gas fireplace. In the basement of the villa you will find something special; a wellness area with bubble bath, sauna and steam shower. You will find comfortable chairs and a TV here. A great place to relax.
The four bedrooms on the first floor are all equipped with comfortable beds and an en suite bathroom. The fifth bedroom is located in the basement. In the storage area, you will find a washer and dryer. There are three separate toilets.
Each villa has a spacious garden and terrace with lounge corner.

The address to receive the key was clear. The surface of the house was excellent for 10 people. The forest was nearby.

A fantastic Wellness Villa! Long weekend booked nine women related reunion. This villa has thought of everything on this beautiful Texel! Read description Belvilla. Stay was 20 fm January 23, 2017. One serious flaw is otherwise notified at the reception if you use bath towel package, per stay € 5.50, you only get one large and one small towel. My view, for a long weekend Wellness Villa ridiculously low. so bring your own towels along from home. Findings also a well-deserved 9.5! Congratulations to the owner of nine ladies !!!

We had a nice weekend in a nice big house on Texel. Only the accommodation was quite worn out by the previous tenant. We could not use an oven. Burning products causes a burning air. That also remained when we kept the oven door closed and covered it with duck tape . the dishwasher made a drum sound when turned on very rotten sound. And in the sauna was a broken beer bottle stuck to the floor. This was partly caused by the group in front of us. Someone came by but could not do anything about it for us. We received a basket with nice products from Texel very sweet. But it does not solve our problem. I wanted to contact Belvilla but customer service was closed today. Very strange in this busy holiday period. That's why I put it on this review

Had a great time on Texel. The house was beautiful and the "wellness cellar" was really great! However, the "jacuzzi" is more of a bubble bath and you can use it if you cram in a bit with 2 people. A pity because if you are in such a house with 10, we had hoped to be able to enjoy it with a little more at the same time. Because there are no pictures of the "wellness cellar", we did not have very high expectations. The sauna and steam shower were really great! The occasional rotation in the jacuzzi should not spoil the fun. had a good time! The house is surrounded by other houses so you do not really have much privacy. The house is also very noisy, thin walls. The sound from the living room was therefore clearly audible in the bedrooms, making the one with an earlier bedtime were often lifted out of their bed.There is also a service with which you can have bread delivered and in terms of kitchen utensils and crockery was fine, occasionally something was missing but that was easy to solve.

Your confirmation did not state that there was a reception at the Californie Apartment building. It was also reported bungalow park Hoogelandt 3. However, we had to go home 106 A. We found it very confusing. After the necessary searching and inquiring, everything went well. Perhaps something for you to formulate it better in the papers ..

The house is very large, clean and nicely decorated. All bedrooms have a bathroom and the sauna area is beautiful. Swimming at the Krim holiday park was also very successful.

It is a beautiful huis.wij were there with 6 adults 3 teenagers aged 14, 17 and 17 and a child of 12. They loved it. The TV "s, the sauna, the hot tub.Super to speak in their terms. Good beds and a cozy, large living room.Texel is a beautiful island, rent bikes and then you can go out.We definitely come back.

The villa is fantastic and we enjoyed the wellness. The location is good, forest and beach within walking distance and both De Koog and Den Burg close by. Repeated!

We had a fantastic week. With our family 8 adults and two small children. Everything was present everyone's own shower and toilet. Wonderful wellness. There at a nice big garden where we have done numerous games. You can walk to the sea and ecomare is also within walking distance. so really a big 10

Nice house with a few negatives. The house smelled very like a dog on arrival. In addition, the kitchen is very minimally furnished. There were only a few paring knives (I was missing a carving knife and chef's knife), one small cutting board, small oven dishes, no measuring cup and a few dirty old frying pans. We bought something at the Blokker ourselves. With regard to the wellness facilities: the whirlpool was filled with brown water and there is no light in the sauna, so you are really in the dark when using it. All in all, therefore, some points for attention for the landlord.

Friendly welcome, some searching for the good entrance to the houses (sign hidden behind containers). Accommodation was particularly nice and well equipped with facilities. Environment was beautiful. Handy for transport (car or bicycle).

Nice location and super nice house centrally on Texel. Friendly staff and good reception and communication. We are disappointed with the utensils used for cooking. The extractor hood is too low for tall people. Knives are dull and not all equipment worked properly. A blockage of the sink was immediately resolved. All in all very satisfied and we will definitely go back.
