The holiday homes in the Callassande holiday resort come in three different types, suitable for four or six people.
There's a ground-floor 4-person lodge (NL-1759-43) for example, featuring two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a smart TV in the living room. The bedrooms are furnished with single beds.
The 6-person accommodations come in two different types. A comfortable ground-floor lodge with three bedrooms and one bathroom (NL-1759-44). Two of the bedrooms are furnished with single beds, the third bedroom has bunk beds.
This lodge is also available in a two-floor variant (NL-1759-45). In this type, you'll find one bedroom with en-suite bathroom on the ground floor. The other two bedrooms and a second bathroom are located on the first floor. The downstairs bedroom is furnished with two single beds. The upstairs bedrooms have either two single beds or a bunk bed.
All holiday homes feature a complete, modern and comfortable interior. The open kitchens have a dishwasher and a combination microwave oven. The single beds are box-spring beds, either set up as single beds or pushed together to make a double bed. All of these accommodations have a terrace with garden furniture. Every holiday home has a parking space for one car.

Holiday park Callassande is located nearby the little coastal town of Groote Keeten, around 5 km from the lively centre of Callantsoog.
The holiday park consists of two parts; one part houses the modern lodges, installed in 2015 and 2016, and the other part consists of an attractive family campsite. In this part, you'll also find the safari tents and chalets. This makes for an nice mix of accommodations, attracting a diversity of guests.
The park itself offers various facilities for all ages. These include an indoor swimming pool, a playground with a bouncy castle, a restaurant and a tennis court. And of course there's entertainment too; sports and animation activities are organised, for the youngest guests featuring the \"world-famous\" rabbit Koos Konijn.
One of the biggest advantages of Holiday park Callassande is its location near the beach. This can already be found within 1 km and is easy to get to from the park via a short walk through the dunes. You'll find some Blue Flag beaches in Callantsoog. This is a European certification for clean and safe beaches and marinas.
There's more than enough to do in the surroundings. In springtime, the wonderful bulb fields are in bloom. There are various natural areas which are great for walking and cycling tours. The many pleasant towns in the area are good places to go shopping, visit museums or to relax and have a drink and a bite to eat on a terrace. Cities like Den Helder, Schagen, Alkmaar and even Haarlem and Amsterdam are easy to get to. Another possible day trip is to Texel island.
In short: a versatile holiday destination offering something for everyone. Discover the Northern part of Noord Holland province and enjoy everything on offer in this interesting area. Holiday park Callassande will make a perfect base for this.
Holiday park Callassande is a large holiday park only 1 km away from the beach. It has many facilities, including a covered swimming pool, a tennis court and a lovely restaurant.
Bookings for groups or parties of people under 21 years are not permitted.
For groups, if not traveling as a family, an extra deposit of € 50 p.p. will be required.

An ideal place for a holiday with children. The accommodation was well equipped. However, in very hot weather, the property heats up. We missed the air conditioning on 2 to 3 days.

Great accommodation (lodge) with garden and fence for the dog. It doesn't get any better! Lounge furniture perfect for relaxing. Everything has been thought of here. Super friendly helpful staff. Environment just beautiful.

(Free parking with snack directly at the dunes). The house let a bit miss the coziness. (No pillows or blankets on the armchairs and the coach) Bedroom with shower very good. Good beds and a big shower. We would go there again

The holiday resort made a clean impression, our house was also nice, clean and also designed homely. The environment is very nice, Callantsoog is a great destination. The beach was also very nice and invited to stay. The only drawback was the distance from the house to the beach, we always planned for twenty minutes each way.

Arrival reception ok, arrival accommodation 10 minutes outside because the cleaning was not ready yet, so wet floor was immediately dirty again !! But for the inconvenience we received an ice cream from the reception🤔 Walk to the beach is 30 minutes instead of 10 minutes according to Roompot site. Cottage 4p. was too small for the large furniture, probably was not invented by a stylist. House was also for pet only a pity that there was no closed garden, the dog could not go outside alone.

The park is good. The swimming pool was very good, as was the snack bar. The employees were all super nice and super nice.
BUT the lodge was very modest. The best thing about the lodge was the bedroom, although the en-suite bathroom was more reminiscent of a room with a shower, i.e. a very small bathroom.
Kitchen had various limitations: dishwasher was bad. Everything from the top basket had to be washed by hand. The refrigerator was relatively small. The gas stove was super old and two burners weren't quite as good anymore.
What bothered me most was the seating, which was already shabby, old and broken in some places.
In addition, the furnishings were very functional and careless; e.g. no pillows or blankets on the sofa.
But the pedestal fan was positive.
Oh yes... by the way, I really liked the green strip for walking the dog. Really very nicely done.
The terrace was a bit unfortunate because it was in front of the house and the house was on a corner property and there was no privacy screen at all.
