On the ground floor there is a very nice, cosy living room with a modern sofa set and an open fireplace. Flat screen TV (cable, also with German programmes), DVD player, hi-fi system, WLAN.
Cosy dining area: Large dining table with 6 chairs.
Modern luxury kitchen. Equipment: 4 plate gas hob, combi oven with microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster.
Bathroom with window: shower ,washbasin, washing machine, hairdryer.
The toilet is separate.
1 bedroom with a double bed 1,80 x 2m (1 mattress)
A wooden staircase leads upstairs where there are 2 more bedrooms.
1.Bedroom with door: 2 single beds 0.80x 2m each
2.Bedroom on open gallery with 2 single beds 0,90x 1,90m and 0,80 x 2,00m.
Further equipment: Good and high quality furnishings. Central heating, underfloor heating , ironing board and iron.
Large, beautiful garden with terrace. Garden furniture, 2 parasols, barbecue, 2 deck chairs, rotary clothes dryer, property densely overgrown on both sides and to the rear. It is completely fenced.
The garden house can be used. The deckchairs are in it.
Parking for 2 cars on the property.
Bicycles, trolley or barbecue can also be booked through Ferientraum pur. Also linen packages, cot or high chair. Just ask me.

Location and surroundings of object
in the holiday home settlement "Sandepark". About 4 km to the north is Callantsoog, one of the oldest seaside resorts in North Holland. Directly at the park, separated by a moat, is a camping site with a supermarket.
In Groote Keeten there is a farm shop with homemade cakes, vegetables from the region and many delicious things: Boerderijwinkel Keetenburgh.
In summer, the beach pavilion invites you to linger, in winter the newly built restaurant at the beach entrance.
In the park itself there is a fishing pond, which children love to use for rubber dinghies, a huge playground with a football pitch (where young and old play a match night after night), a new playground with a table tennis table and boules courts.
