These detached accommodations in Resort de Rijp are all built in typical Zaandam style.
You can choose from different, comfortably furnished types. The L-shaped, 6-person De Rijp type (NL-1487-03) is very spacious. The Waterland type offers the choice between a 6-person (NL-1487-04) and an 8-person villa (NL-1487-06). The 8-person Marken type (NL-1487-12) has a special design and the house is built on posts by the water. The chalets NL-1487-16 and NL-1487-18 are two 4-person types with similar comfort levels. Are you looking for a modern 6-person chalet with three bedrooms, then the NL-1487-17 is an ideal choice.
All chalets are completely ground level. Each accommodation features a spacious garden and terrace with garden furniture.
There are also various types of detached chalets; from 4-person to 12-person and from basic to luxury.
The pool is closed for maintenance until April, 30th 2022.

Location and surroundings of object
Resort De Rijp is centrally located in the province of North Holland. Though the park is in the middle of the polder, it's just a short distance to major cities such as Amsterdam, Alkmaar en Zaanstad. The park opened in mid-2012 and offers modern holiday villas, built in the traditional Zaans style characteristic of this part of the Netherlands. You will be able to use the overall facilities, including a covered swimming pool, tennis courts, playground, open-air swimming pool and the bicycle rental. There is more than enough to experience outside the park itself. All you have to do is drive ten minutes away and you will feel yourself transported back to the 17th century. You can discover this 17th-century atmosphere in villages such as De Rijp, Middenbeemster and Driehuizen, and of course at the Zaanse Schans. Be sure to visit the windmills at Schermer as well, which recently underwent a complete restoration. Historic towns and cities such as Hoorn, Volendam and Edam are within easy reach and definitely worth a visit. The IJsselmeer, the North Sea and Holland's beautiful dunes are also easy to reach. Also by bike! Together, the traditional and authentic architectural style, the area's vast amount of water, and the park's central location all form the ingredients that make Resort De Rijp such a great destination. Rural peace and quiet, urban activity and the sense of freedom that the water provides - Resort De Rijp offers all this and more.
Resort De Rijp is centrally located in the province of North Holland, surrounded by lots of water. It is just a short distance to cities such as Amsterdam, Alkmaar and Zaanstad. A perfect base for exploring the surroundings, such as the Zaanse Schans, which are rich in history. A modern park with many facilities in true Zaans style.

Positive: A very nice area and a beautiful park. Negative: A nice house, which is slowly being used up. The final cleaning should not have been charged to the previous tenant, and probably not to us either. We first cleaned the house for 2 hours Beds with their blue covers were not cleaned, there was still a lot of hair from the previous guest. The floor had not been cleaned and there was dirt everywhere in all corners and on all surfaces. The kitchen was covered with grease sharpeners from the last use, crockery and cutlery Dirty. The kitchen table was still covered with sticky fruit juices. The TV screen was so clean it was as if you were watching "The Fog of Horror" on it. We don't go to this park anymore, but to this area

The park was very nicely laid out. The staff were very nice and tried hard. The holiday home, however, was an impertinence! It was like later to read in the small print not the house in the pictures when booking. The first impression from the outside was ok but inside was Everything shabby and shabby. The cabinet doors in the bedrooms could not be opened and in the kitchen a door even fell off when opening! The refrigerator was dirty and smelled unpleasant and there were still defrosted ice cube bags in the freezer! Unfortunately, this list could go on!

You can't get to the house with dry feet. The benches are really worn out. You cannot take a shower without the entire shower being flooded. That's the main things…

First get the disappointment of a different cottage than you have booked and then you enter the cottage (upgraded) and it stinks of sewage. They put something strongly odorous in it which disappeared after 2 hours and smells like sewer again. Not happy.

Despite the Corona measures we still enjoyed a nice holiday. The cottage was simple but spacious. Good and fast assistance from the TD in case of a central heating malfunction.

We are just extremely disappointed and angry! You are really looking forward to a vacation with friends and then such a letdown. You only get one card for the barriers, so only one car can drive to the house to unpack everything. If you are there with several families, it is a total long effort and even though two cars can easily fit on the driveway. The house that we booked and ultimately got are two different worlds! Even if the text says that you will not receive the object shown, the number of square meters and floors should still be correct! This has absolutely nothing to do with what we booked. I just say DISGUSTING! I have NEVER found such a disgusting and dirty apartment / house in my whole life. That is an absolute cheek that you pay 55 € cleaning fee and it is simply never cleaned in there! All the walls full of dead mosquitoes and spiders (and what big ones). Everywhere there was dust, cobwebs, dead animals behind the cupboards, mold and dirt in the bathroom, the whole kitchen was so stinky and sticky, the refrigerator and oven were an impertinence. The rubbish and the stripped bed linen from the visitors in front of them was simply thrown outside the door and was still there when we arrived. The jetty on the water was so rotten and some boards were broken off, that's sooooo dangerous with children! The worst thing about the whole thing: we were there with two babies. One of them was just learning to crawl and the other to walk - with such a disgusting house we couldn't and couldn't let our children run / crawl. We would have loved to leave immediately. And a tip: pack mosquito repellent, the critters are so aggressive. We had 20 mosquitoes in each room and each went home with 30 mosquito bites.

Not much to do in the area. Accommodation was good, clean. However, a number of defects in the house including a crack in the window, broken drawer of the freezer and 2 holes in the door and stains on the walls. And not really a dog walking place.

Belvilla (Aan Zee) must understand that when one arrives at the house which is not what they thought they have booked, Belvilla is immediately behind 1-0. Not only the interior can differ from the photo, but you get a smaller and less beautiful house than what you are "lured" with. Then the house was not clean, there were rooms where the windows could not open and so it was very warm and did not smell fresh. The latter is an absolute understatement for the toilet, there was a terrible urine smell. To end on a positive note, the living space was ok and the garden fine. The park is fun with plenty of entertainment for children. The price of the food in the restaurant is on the high side, but the quality is good and the service is nice.

Arrival was fine. House stood on a beautiful plot with grass around it. Accommodation was very hot. Lots of glass, poor insulation. Also no screens on the windows, so many mosquitoes. Environment to go out fun. Park itself nicely packed and with little vegetation.

Surely you noticed that we left earlier than planned. If you were out all day, the house was very cold on your return. Upon arrival, the lady at the front desk was not very helpful to be helpful. On departure the lady was much friendlier. In addition, the mattresses are very bad.

the explanation at the arrival was good. The accommodation did not match what was on the website. The environment and location of the park are ideal for going to the sea, to Amsterdam etc.

Accomodation good. Reasonably clean. After complaint about dirty mattress cover nothing is done. Shop was shop. Cafeteria was not a cafeteria very small restaurant very small. Reception too short occupied. Very poorly accessible for people with a disability. Such as scootmobiles

Hi, the park is generally well laid out. Our disturbed the stupid - selling information on our questions we had. Unfortunately we did not receive our booked house. (but many people felt that way). Internet access was gambling. The tax should be twice the cost. If construction work is carried out in the park you should inform the guests about it. Powerful from 7 am tomorrow. After we were assigned to another house was this dirty and not cleaned. There was no spa and sauna area and the indoor pool was a real impertinence. Unfortunately, this is handled so unprofessional because the park has a lot of potential. Alex

Good park for families and groups. Good location for short urban districts, e.g. To Amaterdam or Haarlem. The equipment could be improved somewhat, e.g. Grill, more cutlery or a microwave. But the most necessary was available.

Perfect and friendly reception. Accommodation reasonable. But in a bedroom, no window could be opened and in two bedrooms there was not enough closet space. In the parents' bedroom, a part of the closet space was used as a storage space for polishes, vacuum cleaners and umbrellas !! Environment or location well. We did not know beforehand that there were a lot of planes flying over the aircraft and that they regularly made the necessary noise. Fortunately not between 1 and 5 o'clock at night.

Great reception. House nice and clean. We only missed a storage room and open window windows in two bedrooms and bathroom. Environment was still under construction but no real obstacle from underneath.

Bungalow very well arranged. No complaints about the accomodation.Only big worries about the price since on arrival we were asked for a supplement for a bed when my reservation was made with the number of people present.It seems to be Recurring problem because other people arrived at the same time we had the same concern. There are too many interlocutors between belvilla, owners and europeans. Lack of transparency on the final price

Nice house in a great environment ... The arrival in the holiday park was very positive, the reception staff was very friendly and also helpful, as we needed technical support in the house. In the park there is a beautiful playground and also several animal walks. Very nice, that in the week of our holiday there was a new generation of the cattle family. The location of the park is ideal for our perception. Although it is not like others directly on the beach, but beautiful in a polder area. All our destinations and attractions were reachable with a maximum of half an hour drive (Alkmaar, Amsterdam, North Sea, IJsselmeer, Mühlenmuseum, historical railway etc.). The house was very modern and absolutely sufficiently furnished. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the food was very good, the food was very good, the food was very good Just run outside. We are of course aware that there is water everywhere in Holland and can also be in the park, but this was a bit too close for small children, who are not accustomed. I would not recommend the house for families with very small children, More so from 6-7 years.

The receiption staff "was very courteous and exhaustive with regard to useful information. The support seemed smaller than the pictures on the site, but still well furnished it comes with all the comforts, including microwave, dishwasher and vacuum cleaner. The village in general is very cute. A short distance away is the village of de rijp, where you can find a well stocked supermarket, various shops and bus stops. There are also a couple of good restaurants.
