These detached accommodations at Resort de Rijp are all constructed in the traditional Zaan style.
You can choose from a variety of comfortably furnished types. The L-shaped, 6-person De Rijp type (NL-1487-03) offers a very spacious layout. The Waterland type is available as a 6-person villa (NL-1487-04) or an 8-person villa (NL-1487-06). The Velthorst type (NL-1487-07) is a single-storey chalet.
Whichever accommodation you choose, you will have a spacious garden and a terrace with garden furniture.
The pool is closed for maintenance until February 17, 2022.

Location and surroundings of object
Resort De Rijp is centrally located in the province of North Holland. Though the park is in the middle of the polder, it's just a short distance to major cities such as Amsterdam, Alkmaar en Zaanstad. The park opened in mid-2012 and offers modern holiday villas, built in the traditional Zaans style characteristic of this part of the Netherlands. You will be able to use the overall facilities, including a covered swimming pool, tennis courts, playground, open-air swimming pool and the bicycle rental. There is more than enough to experience outside the park itself. All you have to do is drive ten minutes away and you will feel yourself transported back to the 17th century. You can discover this 17th-century atmosphere in villages such as De Rijp, Middenbeemster and Driehuizen, and of course at the Zaanse Schans. Be sure to visit the windmills at Schermer as well, which recently underwent a complete restoration. Historic towns and cities such as Hoorn, Volendam and Edam are within easy reach and definitely worth a visit. The IJsselmeer, the North Sea and Holland's beautiful dunes are also easy to reach. Also by bike! Together, the traditional and authentic architectural style, the area's vast amount of water, and the park's central location all form the ingredients that make Resort De Rijp such a great destination. Rural peace and quiet, urban activity and the sense of freedom that the water provides - Resort De Rijp offers all this and more.
Resort De Rijp is centrally located in the province of North Holland, surrounded by lots of water. It is just a short distance to cities such as Amsterdam, Alkmaar and Zaanstad. A perfect base for exploring the surroundings, such as the Zaanse Schans, which are rich in history. A modern park with many facilities in true Zaans style.
Use of the tennis court is for a fee.

The arrival was sobering, because we had additional costs that even the belvilla team could not answer. We paid it first. Then the house would be moved. First impression? Abandoned and in need of renovation. The park was nice even if no supermarket is in front of the affordable. A roll 0.75 €.

Were kindly received on arrival. It was a nice spacious house. But soon we saw how filthy it was, and the broken couch did not look friendly either. After making a report, two ladies stripped the kitchen cupboards from the worst greasiness. Unfortunately one linen package was missing. After having seen an unmanned reception three times, at times when it would be open, we tried it by phone, this did not work either. Through the restaurant it was finally succeeded and even 3 linen packages were delivered. The indoor pool may also have a good refurbishment and cleaning. We have all had a nice holiday with z "n and enjoyed each other and the beautiful surroundings.

After great anticipation, we were unfortunately disappointed. The photos were quite responsive, but unfortunately have nothing to do with the reality. It was not very clean and the beds were a disaster. Flycases would be mandatory.

- Environment in the polder area, a lot of scenery - very nice - quiet, except for the aircraft noise, because near Amsterdam Airport- easy access to Amsterdam and other beautiful cities like Alkmaar, Hoorn- well-designed holiday park - ideal for children, playground + swimming are good- play equipment that is broken, remain broken and seemingly not renewed, Too bad.

quite noisy residence (work with backhoe next to our house, garden maintenance at 8:30 am, neighbors etc ..), housing limit the level of cleanliness, and especially a catastrophique..enfin bedding for our taste because we love the farm bedding. the outdoor pool's surroundings are also poor level of cleanliness, but the park is nice with nice attractions for kids (animals, games).

We had booked a cottage for 8 persons Waterland Unfortunately, this cottage can accommodate 6 persons! Too small dining table and extra room on the first floor, while the bedrooms there room for easy is.We had to use first the crockery and cutlery wash some really dirty we had was.En nuisance of Polish neighbors, dirty men who were still at the peep.

Within walking distance there is not much to be found outside the park, but the taxi is all quite fast to reach, Alkmaar, Haarlem, Amsterdam and Volendam. Wormerveer is nearby where you can play paintball, laser games and karting.

We were with a group of girlfriends study and therefore had no need to use the facilities. The park It was our atmosphere and space of the house.
