These detached accommodations at Resort de Rijp are all constructed in the traditional Zaan style.
You can choose from a variety of comfortably furnished types. The L-shaped, 6-person De Rijp type (NL-1487-03) offers a very spacious layout. The Waterland type is available as a 6-person villa (NL-1487-04) or an 8-person villa (NL-1487-06). The specially designed 6-person Marken type (NL-1487-12) is built on high spilts on the water.
There are also various types of detached chalets, ranging from 4-person to 8-person and from simple to deluxe. All chalets are single-storey. Whichever accommodation you choose, you will have a spacious garden and a terrace with garden furniture.
The pool is closed for maintenance until February 17, 2022.

Location and surroundings of object
Resort De Rijp is centrally located in the province of North Holland. Though the park is in the middle of the polder, it's just a short distance to major cities such as Amsterdam, Alkmaar en Zaanstad. The park opened in mid-2012 and offers modern holiday villas, built in the traditional Zaans style characteristic of this part of the Netherlands. You will be able to use the overall facilities, including a covered swimming pool, tennis courts, playground, open-air swimming pool and the bicycle rental. There is more than enough to experience outside the park itself. All you have to do is drive ten minutes away and you will feel yourself transported back to the 17th century. You can discover this 17th-century atmosphere in villages such as De Rijp, Middenbeemster and Driehuizen, and of course at the Zaanse Schans. Be sure to visit the windmills at Schermer as well, which recently underwent a complete restoration. Historic towns and cities such as Hoorn, Volendam and Edam are within easy reach and definitely worth a visit. The IJsselmeer, the North Sea and Holland's beautiful dunes are also easy to reach. Also by bike! Together, the traditional and authentic architectural style, the area's vast amount of water, and the park's central location all form the ingredients that make Resort De Rijp such a great destination. Rural peace and quiet, urban activity and the sense of freedom that the water provides - Resort De Rijp offers all this and more.
Resort De Rijp is centrally located in the province of North Holland, surrounded by lots of water. It is just a short distance to cities such as Amsterdam, Alkmaar and Zaanstad. A perfect base for exploring the surroundings, such as the Zaanse Schans, which are rich in history. A modern park with many facilities in true Zaans style.
Use of the tennis court is for a fee.

Very nice environment In the accommodation we missed potholders and coasters to put hot cooking pots and pans on the table. The screens on the windows above are almost all broken, so there were mosquitoes in the rooms

We rented a house on stilts of category 6. The layout and equipment was great. Unfortunately, we had to wait for our key due to the "final cleaning of the premier" and then realize that not even the floor was sucked. The dishes were dirty (dried leftovers on the cutlery and co). The walls were full of red mosquitoes, the house itself was full of cobwebs, and the curtains and pillows and blankets were stained and stained.

Beautiful park with many nice trips in the area. Too bad we can not park 2 cars at our bungalow.

Upon arrival at the park we were offered a totally different house than we had booked half a year in advance. We have chosen especially for this park because of the house on stilts which is also quite spacious and luxurious. The employees at the reception were annoying but yes nothing to do everything is full. Also no compensation possible. After contact with Belvilla who had contact with this park again, we were offered a main course. Of course we did not agree with this. After some discussion eventually got a full dinner. It did not work out well, but we did not want to stay in our vacation. What turned out to be an employee who is now no longer wetting us in February changed to another house without anyone to know about it 😡Huisje spacious, nice decor, badly polished, no mosquito so many mosquito bites, it is fast warm in the house when the weather is warmPark nice setup with lots of water and bridges, nice restaurant, nice pool, but busy but we were of course in the high season. Great environment ideal to do and see everything. All sights are within a half hour's drive. We recommend Zaanse Schans, Hoorn, Alkmaar, Volendam and Amsterdam.

Beautiful holiday home with great views of the countryside and the village. (House Nr. 108) The holiday park is large and offers a lot, but you still do not feel that it is full. It was all great. You can go everywhere quickly from the park.

House number 108 is a very nice cottage. With all the comforts you would think, only there is no WiFi available and also the TV is limited to a few channels (some of which do not do well) TVs in the bedrooms above did not work at all. Fortunately, we sat in a Week in which the weather was nice so the TVs have not been the problem. However, no Wi-Fi is unthinkable for a family with children, for a country like the Netherlands, I do not think about it anymore. House in itself very beautiful, but with a few attention points.

The reception was good, the reception has declared an all friendly. The amenities are simple but offers everything necessary to cook comfortably, eat and relax. The environment is pleasant and ideal for walks and bike rides ein.Definitiv recommended.

Cottage was a bit outdated, but still Ok. One of the lamps is broken and a sofa that has been destroyed by a dog would urgently need to be repaired.

House was very dirty, cobwebs everywhere. Toilet seats broken, vacuum cleaner broken and smells like an otter, no mop or broom. Outside wood as smooth as a mirror due to weathering, garden furniture completely weathered you can't sit on, pillows were just showers and are completely covered in by the birds. Today I have a meeting with the management of the Park, because I do not accept this. I reported this on the first day but nothing has changed yet, they haven't come by yet!

Dirty dishes in the closet. Hot water didn't work, could only be fixed the next day by the installer (annoying had to take a cold shower). Heating was not adjusted, this was done the next day. The start of our holiday was a bit bumpy, but then everything was ok, except that our grill was stolen. They could improve the cleanliness (shower, for example). Beautiful, well-kept park. We would come again.

Nice/separate house on stilts in a characteristic park.The house was only really not properly cleaned (also oven and dishwasher) and there were still toiletries from the previous tenant in the bathroom.Buiten this complaint, we had a very nice midweek with the four of us and had a delicious meal in the restaurant in the park.

The cottage is beautiful, but there are still some areas for improvement. The maintenance of the house has little attention, there is no WiFi upstairs and the water from the showers does not drain well.

Unfortunately, our rented house had a staircase, our 12-year-old dog cannot climb it. So we have not been able to use this house. And the alternative was completely awful. So lost a lot of money and no vacation !!

Called the Wednesday before that we would only arrive on Friday between 19:00 and 20:00. Was no problem and if I wanted to call again Friday to pass it on. Called again on Friday afternoon and was told that the booking was not fulfilled because apparently I still had to pay a bill from europarcs ... asked to email this to me so that I could transfer this ASAP. Once we arrived we waited 30 minutes until someone came! Mister said he had no keys for us because the payment was not made. (Turns out to take 5 days before they have received the payment !?) Anyway, show that I have indeed paid and we would like to go to the house and arrange everything further on Saturday. (he had a spare key with) First eye nice house, nicely decorated and spacious. Soon some defects .... both lamps hung loose in the ceiling, latch to bathroom was loose so we could not close the door, curtains hung 1 mtr on the floor and they can do away with some accessories ... too much big stuff. And the beds were a disaster, too soft, loose beds and kraak.Verder there was everything, nice roof terrace (unfortunately not used because of the bad weather) Furthermore, very nice park, plenty to do for the children. Small swimming pool, supermarket and very nice cafe / restaurant with very friendly staff. Top!! We want to come back here with the kids and with better weather 😁

The cleanliness of the accommodation was fine. Everything was very much counted from the kitchen equipment. Heating was only in the living room. In the bedroom and bathroom were only 18 degrees

We were given the key for 1 hour more than indicated. Accommodation was reasonably clean, very bare furnished. The shower mixer was broken. Too hot and not cooler. Stairs were slippery in wet weather. Many Poles with continuation services at the park. They stood outside smoking "late at night" and talking / laughing

The house wasn't cleaned thoroughly, the dishwasher was dirty. Sofa and carpet heavily stained. The swimming pool was also closed, which we were not told beforehand. The house and grounds are generally beautiful.
