Ever since 2017, it has been possible to book renovated houses at Marinapark Volendam. These can be found in two linked variants, both split across two floors. The entrance can be situated on the ground floor or first floor.
This includes a 6-person house (NL-1131-08) with three bedrooms, one of which is on entrance floor and two of which are on the first floor. The entrance floor features a living room and fully equipped kitchen along with a separate toilet. The first floor is home to two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet on the landing.
A 7-person house is also available (NL-1131-09). You have the choice of three bedrooms, all on the first floor. There are two bedrooms, each with a single bed, and one bedroom with three single beds. The first floor also features the bathroom with shower. There is a separate toilet on both the entrance floor and the first floor.
Both houses are modern and fully furnished. The kitchen features a dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer combo and coffee machine. All beds are single box-spring beds. You will have a garden with terrace and garden or balcony furniture at your disposal. There is a parking near the object.

Location and surroundings of object
Marinapark Volendam offers you water fun on and around the Markermeer and the park's own yachting harbour. The holiday park has an indoor swimming pool with paddling pool and you can also hire bicycles here. Visit the pretty fishing village Volendam and a clog factory or cheese farm or get photographed in full Volendam traditional costume. Lively Amsterdam is definitely worth a visit - at less than 20 km from the park. All holiday houses are unique, with a different number of rooms, location on the waterside or the yachting harbour and/or additional luxury like a private sauna. All the houses are built in Volendam style with views over the IJsselmeer or the beautiful landscape.

Reservations will not be accepted for groups or parties of people under the age of 21.
Groups, if not travelling as a family, will be charged € 50 p.p. deposit.
During the fair in Volendam (mostly first weekend in September) there will be an extra deposit of 50 euros per person.
Also the cleaning costs are mandatory.
In the first weekend of September is the famous fair in Volendam. During this weekend the final cleaning and bed linen are obligatory. There is also a deposit of € 50, - per person calculated.
We would like to draw your attention to the fact that the Koos Kids Club and the recreation program are only available in July and August. In the other periods, the Koos Kids Club is closed and there is no recreation program.
The swimmingpool is closed on Wednesday afternoon, except in the school holidays.
Due to maintenance work, the swimming pool at Marinapark Volendam will be closed from Monday 11/22/2021 to Monday 11/26/2021.

It was very dirty when we got in. No one had been there, there were no garbage bags, etc. The reception has sent cleaners, but that was only in the evening. Had a great stay afterwards

The house no. 212. was very dirty. The stairs, couch and floor just weren't done. The couch was full of dog hair. About the shower cabin but not to talk at all. the rubber corners and lower joints were orange from the greasy dirt
in short for us not again!!!!!

Very friendly welcome. Nice house. Tip: more than just 2 hooks in the bathroom and at least 2 shelves instead of none at all. Also 2 chairs / stools upstairs would be nice. he (or another) back on the last day! Environment was very nice, nice little park. Location was ideal, near the village and bus to Amsterdam was very nice.

Otherwise super environment beautiful house was the second time there to recommend again and again. (Ps screens were really perfect for all homes.)

We came as a family with our 4 children (18,16,11 and 9 years old) to visit Amsterdam. Volendam being located 20 minutes by car from Amsterdam was perfect. The advantages of the marina: easy parking, very cute architecture even for this type of complex, the presence of a swimming pool. And the city of volendam deserves a walk, very exotic too! In short, we are delighted with our stay!

It was a very nice vacation. The house had everything you need. All additional options booked were available. Service staff super friendly. Work still needs to be done on the cleanliness of the holiday home. We have already communicated this to the service staff. Sights, shopping, leisure and sports facilities, shops and restaurants / bars all within easy walking distance. Price and performance ratio fits. Volendam is worth the trip.
