Located in a wooded area, this holiday home in the Veluwe region is perfect for a quiet family holiday. The chalet has comfortable bedrooms and an enclosed garden with veranda.
Are you a true nature lover? Then you have definitely come to the right place. You only have to walk off the park and cross the street to walk straight into the woods. In the Hoge Veluwe National Park you can make the most beautiful walking or cycling trips through the heathland, grassy plains and shifting sand landscapes. A visit to the Kröller Müller museum is not to be missed either. Harderwijk, Amersfoort or Apeldoorn are within easy reach. With children, you can have a day out to the Apenheul, Julianatoren, Burgers Zoo or Dierenpark Amersfoort.
The chalet is tastefully decorated and has a living room with open kitchen, bathroom and cosy bedrooms. You can also use the washing machine. Enjoy the fresh air on the veranda on sunny days. High chairs and beds are available for the smallest holidaymakers and there is a barbecue at the shed.
Dogs are welcome (no cats please). You can charge your electric car at the front of the park. You are not allowed to do so at the holiday home.

Beautifully situated holiday home. Very courteous and helpful landlords on site, who were always available to answer questions.
The location was perfect to experience various sights and also wonderful hikes in the immediate vicinity.
We also felt very welcome with our two dogs. The garden is securely fenced for dogs and children.

Wonderfully quiet location. The garden was well deposited, we could leave the dog alone in the garden. The chalet was equipped with the most important necessities. A nice lounger in the garden could still be added.

We spent our vacation here at the end of June. The welcome was pleasant. We received the key and a good explanation about the house. The cottage is fully equipped. Due to the heat (some days towards 40 degrees) we have not done much, but we have a great time in the shade and also in the nature near the house. Many enjoyed the tranquility interspersed with a visit to the center of Garderen and a number of other villages in the area. For us this was the first time we went on vacation as parents. Also for our baby it took some getting used to, the heat, different environment. But playing on in the garden, she also had a great time. Garderen herself has everything you need. Supermarket, butcher, bakery, ice cream shop, restaurants, etc. We would definitely recommend this house to others. If it is below 30 degrees, then you can enjoy yourself even better in the area as we have already done. Beautiful villages / towns, nature, Schovenhorst Country Estate and the sand sculpture festival are just a few nice outings to do in the area. We have great fun and we recommend this house to everyone!

After a phone call upon arrival, Petra arrived immediately and guided us to the chalet Het Vliegend Hert. Has explained to us the e.e.a. and got the key and the pass for the barrier and our vacation started. Cozy and fully equipped chalet with a lovely garden for our boxer Mylo who could not get out of here. On Saturday evening we had to call on Petra for the first and last time because we could not find a lighting switch but that was resolved that same evening. First days had great terrace weather and the other days nice and dry during the day so the bad weather forecast did not come true. There is plenty to see in and around Garderen. Highly recommended for people who love a quiet and beautiful park.

The cottage was very nice, the dogs loved the garden and ran wonderfully around the house while playing, also nice that we could leave them unattended in the garden because it was completely fenced. The area was beautiful and we could walk with the dogs! So we have not been on the site much and have seen a lot of beautiful, peaceful surroundings!

There was an unpleasant (dog smell) in the chalet. Heating was sparse. The dishes were not too clean. Lighting in one of the bedrooms was faulty (which was even known but not repaired). The shower cubicle could also be cleaner (mold under the shower door). Location was fine, everything within walking (cycling) distance. And a very nice environment.
