Furniture is old and uninviting, inventory incomplete, shed for bicycles poorly accessible, too little cupboard space in the kitchen. Around the house it is spacious and white goods are fine: large fridge-freezer and washer-dryer, dishwasher and oven, everything fine. The price may be lower, that makes the expectations a bit lower.

Reception was excellent. The caretaker Petra sent us an SMS the day before arrival. She was waiting in time at the house. Accommodation complies with the exception of the shower and bedroom. Shower is not enough. The water is not drained even with a short shower, the light shower was clear within a short time. We have hardly used the shower all weekend. In addition, we found the bedrooms very cramped. Space between bed and wall is very minimal. Environment is great. Lots of nature and facilities at a short distance.

Tips: the socket near the sink in the shower was not secured with a cover. A holder for the toilet roll on the right wall by the toilet would also be nice. We recommend a mirror on the road across so you can see oncoming traffic from the left clearly. That is quite difficult at the moment.

Reception was excellent. The caretaker Petra sent us an SMS the day before arrival. She was waiting in time at the house. Accommodation complies with the exception of the shower and bedroom. Shower is not enough. The water is not drained even with a short shower, the light shower was clear within a short time. We have hardly used the shower all weekend. In addition, we found the bedrooms very cramped. Space between bed and wall is very minimal. Environment is great. Lots of nature and facilities at a short distance.

A great little holiday house for a family of 4. The house is very clean and nicely located, near the town centre and near the Veluwe Park and beautiful nature. There is a small but nice garden and the house has everything you need. The bedrooms are quite small, but the beds are very comfortable. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

We were warmly welcomed by Petra and helped by Robert with a small problem. The house had two small bedrooms. That took some getting used to, but a very nice large garden with lots of privacy and tranquility. The area: great location as a starting point for our cycling tours in the Veluwe!

everything went correctly, your offer is clear and the search and booking is easy, I did have another problem, I was in possession of a discount voucher from Belvilla, but it was not processed in the invoice. To get this resolved, I had to telephone contact, after that everything is solved,

The arrival was perfect. The accommodation could be better. Regarding cleaning, that could be better. The sofa was stained and so were the carpets. The wardrobe with sliding doors, one door was not right there. This one came out every time. We took it out during our stay. The bedroom with a double bed was also on the small side. Also a little less was that during our stay there was a lot of work on the park itself.

The cottage is in a beautiful place but does not have what you can expect for the price. Furniture is old and uninviting, inventory incomplete, shed for bicycles poorly accessible, too little cupboard space in the kitchen. Around the house it is spacious and white goods are fine: large fridge-freezer and washer-dryer, dishwasher and oven, everything fine. The price may be lower, that makes the expectations a bit lower.

A fine and simple house with a nice garden. If you want to be provided with every luxury then you should not book this. If you don't find simplicity a problem, but if you are provided with what you need, then you can feel free to come here. No noisy neighbors just a great little detached house.
