This 2-bedroom detached holiday home for 4 persons is located in Volkel with authentic details such as the beautiful hatches, the large beams and old-style furniture. Guests are allowed full access to this home providing you with complete privacy and no human exposure, keeping you safe. The sauna will keep you refreshed here.

From here, you can easily take many hiking and cycling tours through the countryside. You can play golf at the golf course de Leemskuilen just 8 km away. If you want to eat out, you can find several nice restaurants and shops in nearby Uden. Or you could visit Grave, an old town by the Meuse river. The beautiful city of Den Bosch is of course also worth a visit. And the Efteling is less than an hour by car away.

To enjoy outdoor living, you have a sheltered terrace and a spacious garden. Evenings are better with barbecued meals, authentic red wine, and light music. In case you have children along, a children's bed and a high chair are present.

Good welcoming reception and clear tour and explanation about the holiday home. Fully furnished in English style, very nice and cozy. The owners have hospitality, are of paramount importance. Beautiful rural surroundings, with many beautiful cycling junction routes. Visited Zoo Volkel, enamel museum Erp en Vlinder Safari Gemert, fun and educational.

Warm welcome by the owners with coffee and cake. The Hooimijt os a cozy house, completely furnished in old style. That has advantages and disadvantages, because everything is nice, but not always practical or works. The beds are excellent and the showers lovely. Nelleke and Gerard are very hospitable, helpful and flexible. You really feel very welcome with them.

We we"re not satisfait.We had no W- LAN and no Television!!

For cooking only two Plate and no ice cooking.

I must buy Internet volume by Aldi Talk to Look TV on the Smartphone.

We terminated the Holiday one day earlier on Sunday.

The owner, Nelleke and Gerard van Boxtel, we"re very friendly people.But they coudn,t help us.

We want our Money Back or we will never book again a Holiday by belvilla.

We have spent a weekend in the beautiful house. The furnishing is zeer original and past good by the knusse house. The adjoining sauna is supposed to be there. Wonderful welcome, especially thanks to the hospitality of Nelleke and Gerard. Regarding accommodation unparalleled Brabant hospitality suitably combined with English grandeur. We were nothing short and the (not so large) sauna can safely be seen as a plus. The area smoothens beautifully quiet walking and many opportunities for relaxing cycling. Add to that the tasty meals and that should not be more for us.

Very carefully decorated cottage, all furniture is antique and yet comfortable. The owners are more than hospitable and friendly. At Volkel, aircraft noise is heard a few times a day, which is not a burden when you adjust to it. The area is ideal for cycling and walking.

This holiday home in Volkel is ideal for those who are looking for something special and who want to experience genuine Brabant hospitality. Not your average house, but with many old and special details that provide a lot of atmosphere. In addition, the house is fully furnished and contains everything for a pleasant stay. For example, we enjoyed the sauna. However, what made our stay even more special is the hospitality, care and thoughtfulness of Nelleke and Gerard. During our stay, we worked on the construction of our house and encountered some setbacks. Nelleke and Gerard not only thought along with us, but also volunteered help. All in all, we had a very good time here and we can recommend this holiday home to everyone!

We werden warm ontvangen door Nelleke en het huis is prachtig met de vele klassieke details. In de omgeving is een aantal mooie wandel- en fietsgebieden met uitdagende mountainbiketrails. Na een decemberdag op de fiets in de middel was het heerlijk bijkomen in de sauna.

Huis met veel antiek en daardoor sfeervol. Het is een beetje oppassen in de tweede badkamer + toilet beneden alsmede het toilet boven ivm een antieke stortbak, maar dat geeft juist dat beetje extra nostalgie. Tweepits gasfornuis werkt prima. Voor de combimagnetron/oven moet de buitendeur even open omdat dit in een aangrenzende eigen ruimte staat, maar werkt prima. Wasmachine hadden wij niet nodig. Vaatwasser is een gehalveerde versie, maar glaswerk, bestek, servies en potten/pannen passen prima. Heerlijk is de sauna in de ruimte naast de was/oven-ruimte. En na gebruik sta je er heerlijk prive, zonder enige inkijk. Mbt meubels; allen antiek. De bank zou vervangen mogen worden, want die zit vrij hard. Boven de bruidssuite met het vrijstaande bad is fantastisch. Ook hier wel weer even oppassen met de kraan. Wat extra zonwering zou wel gewenst zijn. Het huisje ligt wel langs een wat drukke weg, vooral overlast door de verkeersdrempel vlakbij waardoor verkeer stevig afremt en veelal weer het gaspedaal flink indrukt. Schijnbaar schijnen ze in deze regio enorm veel haast te hebben.... Na 1 nacht waren wij er in ieder geval aan gewend. Nelleke heette ons welkom met koffie en koekjes. Grandioos! Verder hebben wij geen contact gezocht met eigenaren, wij vonden dat prima.

Goede gastvrije ontvangst en duidelijke rondleiding en uitleg over de vakantie woning. Geheel ingericht in Engelse stijl, erg leuk en gezellig. De eigenaren hebben gastvrijheid, hoog in het vaandel staan. Mooie landelijke omgeving, met vele mooie fiets knooppunt routes. Bezocht Zoo Volkel , emaille museum Erp en Vlinder Safari Gemert , leuk en leerzaam.

Hartelijke ontvangst door de eigenaren met koffie en koek. De Hooimijt os een gezellig huis, helemaal ingericht in oude stijl. Dat heeft voor- en nadelen, omdat alles wel leuk, maar niet altijd praktisch is of werkt. De bedden zijn voortreffelijk en de douches héérlijk. Nelleke en Gerard zijn erg gastvrij, behulpzaam en flexibel. Je voelt je bij hun echt heel welkom.

Schitterend onthaal, vooral dankzij de gastvrijheid van Nelleke en Gerard. Wat betreft accommodatie ongeëvenaarde Brabantse gastvrijheid passend gecombineerd met Engelse grandeur. We kwamen helemaal niks te kort en de ( niet zo grote ) sauna mag gerust als een pluspunt aanzien worden. De omgeving effenaf schitterend rustig wandelen en veel mogelijkheden tot ontspannend fietsen. Koppel daar ook nog de lekkere maaltijden aan en meer moet dat voor ons niet zijn.

Zeer zorgvuldig sfeervol ingerichte cottage, alle meubelen antiek en toch comfortabel. De eigenaren zijn meer dan gastvrij en vriendelijk. Bij Volkel hoort een paar keer per dag vliegtuiggeluid, dat is geen belasting wanneer je je daar op instelt. De omgeving leent zich goed voor fietsen en wandelen.

Deze vakantiewoning in Volkel is ideaal voor degenen die iets bijzonders zoeken en die echte Brabantse gastvrijheid willen ervaren. Geen doorsnee huis, maar met veel oude en bijzondere details die voor veel sfeer zorgen. Daarbij is het huis zeer compleet ingericht en bevat het alles voor een aangenaam verblijf. Zo hebben we o.a. genoten van de sauna. Wat ons verblijf echter nog bijzonderder maakte, is de gastvrijheid, zorgzaamheid en attentheid van Nelleke en Gerard. Tijdens ons verblijf werkten we aan de bouw van ons huis waarbij we op enkele tegenslagen stuitten. Nelleke en Gerard dachten niet alleen met ons mee, maar boden ook uit zichzelf hulp. Al met al hebben we hier een hele fijne tijd gehad en kunnen we dit vakantiehuis aan iedereen aanraden!

Het huis is met zorg ingericht, zeer compleet, een romantische ervaring. De grote tuin biedt veel privacy en veel mogelijkheden om zowel in de zon als in de schaduw te zitten. De eigenaren zijn heel gastvrij.

Wat een prachtig huisje! Door de mooie en bijzondere inrichting heb je echt het gevoel even helemaal weg te zijn. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Ook biedt het huis en de buitenruimte veel privacy. Supervriendelijke en gastvrije ontvangst door de eigenaren, Gerard en Nelleke. De koffie stond klaar bij aankomst!
