These escrow accounts are subject to inspection by the state (Department of Business and Professional Regulation or DBPR for short). In order for the state to give permission to even keep such accounts, you need certain licenses (exams must be taken, fingerprints are taken, criminal history is investigated, etc.). We have ALL the necessary licences and of course we keep the prescribed trust accounts.***

Electricity is always included with us. Therefore, no additional payments are expected at the end.

We do NOT require a security deposit from our guests (trust instead of mistrust... and avoiding trouble for the guests after the vacation).

ALL houses are exclusively managed and rented by us. So, you only deal with us and not with the sometimes "idiosyncratic" owner or any property management that cannot make decisions.
